We got a big bundle of everything. - my dishwasher has a yuck smell when I open it after a clean cycle and frequently has items still dirty in it, to be transparent we don’t rinse well but it was never a problem with our supermarket stuff. - The laundry powder doesn’t get out the smell of wees which is a shame cause I have 2 small children frequently bed wetting. - the all purpose spray smell is not nice; - the spray bottle trigger broke after a few weeks use, not snapped, just won’t push in to spray (yes it is on the “on” setting), like it’s lost a spring or something but I don’t know how this happened. - the hand soap has no substance, it foams nicely but then you rub your hands and it feels like it’s just bubbly nice smelling water, but doesn’t really feel like it’s cleaning anything. Overall disappointed and a shame that the refunds and returns policy is only applicable within 30days as my order came as we went away so this was not enough time for me to get into it and experience it all properly.

First time user - washing sheets and toilet cleaners. They work, absolutely no question there. The quality seems great. I am disappointed in the smell. I bought the need 'Channel' which was double the price yet its not reflected on the clothing once the wash is complete. The eucalyptus smell for the toilet cleaning isn't strong either. Im on the fence if I'll come back based on this.

So easy to use. These sheets clean the dishes perfectly and I no longer have the issue of the dishwashing tablet not properly dissolving during the washing process! Love too that these sheets use natural products so that there are no harsh chemicals oon our plates etc.

As a first time user I was sceptical but have been pleasantly surprised. Washing is clean so super happy there. Finding I need to rinse the dishes to get best result, especially the cutlery on top shelf . Will try the booster to see if that makes a difference. Tried to buy more but always went to a subscription which I don't want. Please help.

I used the dishwasher sheets and was so dissatisfied. The plates on the bottom shelf came out ok and the glasses on the top shelf were also ok, however the coffee/tea cups had to be rewashed by hand using gumption to get them clean.

I bought your double special pack of dishwasher sheets and laundry sheets for $54! Sorry but very disappointed. The laundry sheets have no smell at all and the clothes don’t feel washed. The dishwasher sheets don’t remove all the dirt. Keep having to wash cutlery by hand. Sorry but for the price I was expecting more. I won’t be buying again ☹️

Your advice when I reached out was make sure I had rinse aid 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:having to re wash every load only increases water usage. How’s that good for the environment. Total waste of money. Advertising campaign obviously works. Use us save the world from plastics. I’ve found another product has no plastic wrap. Use one tablet and they came out clean after only one wash. Laundry sheets aren’t much better. Total waste of money buying yours.

I enjoyed the ease of use, however when it starts to clog up your dishwasher it then becomes a problem. My repair person explained that they get to soapy to move freely through the machine and they have seen this problem with lucient globe sheets in many machines.

I just bought toilet cleaner and put 1 sheet in it took 3 minutes to dissolve in the toilet

I am actually so impressed. I got one of the large packs and so far, I am really happy with everything. The spray bottles are great quality! My dishes are clean, toilet looks good and my washing is clean!

I've only just started using these products & living alone will take me quite a long time to use 1 box of laundry & dishwashing sheets but from the results I've seen so far I can recommend these prodyucts to anyone trying to save the planet. In my younger days we didn't have plastic so we didn't have the problem

Dishes are still dirty when coming out of the dishwasher. Brand new dishwasher no issue with it.

Everything is great, even the toilet one that I didn't believe would actually work, but I love the dishwashing sheets and powder, I've never seen clearer plates and glasses, even the laundry one is actually very good! Still have to try the soap but c'mon, it's Gon be great anyways. Loved everything! Keep it up 👍 much love from Italy 🇮🇹

I have just picked up my box from the PO. As soon as the girls saw me they said Suzanne what have you bought, our whole back room smells amazing. Kaycee said to me have you been buying from Lucent Globe again. She said l have got to get some of these the perfume is so beautiful. So l opened one of the packets and gave them 2 sheets each to put into their cars as Air fresheners . Once again you have killed it Guys WELL DONE. Love them,love them ,love them. I have put one packet in my room and one in my Sons room to spread the perfume. I am not hiding these away in the cupboard.

Living in a mobilehome at present so finding it great to have small packaging and product the works well in multiple places.
