I bought the Wave+ as a gift for my husband for our wedding day. I was a bit worried about it not arriving on time but I shouldn’t have been. It arrived within a week, and the tracking worked so well for me to see where it was. The personalisation service was also so easy to use. I feel that the shipping cost from a location within the UK was excessive for the original price of the item.

Very poor customer services as no attempt to resolve the fact that a lanyard and bean were missing from the order when the information before and with the knife clearly says these items would be included. I reached out to customer services by email twice and yet nothing has been done to send me the missing parts or communicate the reason why these items were not shipped with the knife. If I was meant to buy these separately then it should have been made clear to me at the point of sale. They can only cost a few dollars so it makes what is an expensive knife appear poor value.
