Bought this as a gift, turned up super stiff and COVERED in scratches - as if it had been used already. Obviously the special gift was ruined. Unfortunately the recipient had already left for the their trip (for which the leatherman was a gift). I emailed customer service asking for them to send a replacement while the recipient was away, so that he could have it when he got back, and they were extremely unhelpful - insisted that the other item must be returned, and offered nothing else by way of goodwill gesture. To save the faff the recipient kept the leatherman, but I won't be buying from them again. Extremely disappointed.

Love it, shipping was quick and was received in good quality. Just want another one now.

Great piece of kit if slightly disappointing. On day 2 of using it the tip of the pocket clips snapped off. I fixed it and am happy with the problem.
