Apart from the DPD delivery driver not actually delivering this everything else was smooth. Quick dispatch very good customer service.

The shipping / delivery was a nightmare! Leatherman used DPD and they were inept to say the least. Stating they were going to deliver and then didn't. At one point their on line system stated unable to deliver as no one of correct age to sign for package - however this was to a post office. The particular post office stated that DPD had not been that day. We had to chase DPD so many times and they were frankly - unbothered by our experience. At one point DPD stated the package was being returned to Leatherman and then 2 days later was back to be delivered. When the package did arrive - the boxes were crushed, but products ok. Had to remove from the leatherman boxes when gifting. This has put us off. I think when ordering from any company . . . . check which delivery company is used!
