Nice to be able to choose your colors and mix and match
Just finished installing the rear seat and they look fantastic! There was just enough fabric to secure the hog rings to the frame, not a large amount of extra so no need to trim excess off.
It is hard to believe that these seat covers are real leather at this inexpensive price. They look fantastic in black.
Decently fast shipping and solid quality leather for the price. I had an upholstery shop fit them and one needed a bit more steam to get rid of the wrinkles. Much better than the old worn out leather, slightly inferior to OEM fit/finish
Leather quality is decent, normal vinyl upper with leather grain lower. Foam quality and backing is also fine. I had to make several modifications to create attachment features, but they were all straightforward. The stitching is done well and so are the perforations. Fitment is surprisingly good for the price, and the end result also looks good if you put in the work and have the right tools. It’s nice to have a wide selection of colors, I would recommend if you are ready for a significant project.
I am thankful your company made these products. As an upholstery, you made it easy and inexpensive for me reupholster my son car with leather.
Great quality for the price, and totally stock look if the install is good. They will look wrinkly if you don't have a powerful steamer and heat gun, but I'm told that will relax over time. Plan an hour per seat plus removal and installation.
I don't have anything to compare to, this being the first time I've recovered seats. The quality seems pretty good. Three things I would note, the first being that you should watch the video on YouTube where a guy installs LSeat covers and add 1/2" foam. As mentioned in other reviews, the covers are a little "oversized" for older foam. You will mostly likely need to add foam. I did not add enough on the seat backs and will need to remove them and do it again. Second note, some of the threading doesn't have enough dye so I had white spots to touch up with my dark seats. Third note, really more of a suggestion to LSeat, there was no offering for Black, so I went with Charcoal Black, so my covers are not as dark as the surrounding interior.
Perfect fit, and excellent quality.
Very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of this product. I regret not snooping around the website and upgrading back and bottom inserts to a more original perforated appearance. That’s on me. I paid for an installer and he stretched and got ALL sag and wrinkles out. He has decades of experience and even commented how sturdy and good quality they are. He needed to know where the leather/vinyl was so he could steam or not, and lseat responded to my inquiry immediately so we could keep the install rolling. Much appreciated.
What a bargain excellent quality this is my 2nd time buying.
2001 BMW Z3 roadster 3. 0i convertible Special Edition Custom Real Leather - tan. Installer recommended Lseat and we are fortunate to have purchased the sport seats. The installer added new foam and the seats are fantastic. Picture says it all for the "Quality", "look", and "Fit".
The seat covers were good. Quality is pretty decent a few issues. Let Me try explaining as best as I can. On the Audi seats they have this plastic edge with little push in points. This lined up perfectly for one seat the other it didn’t and had to be creative. On the side with the seatbelt the material should have been like an inch longer on both left and right. The material doesn’t cover the seat there and the foam shows. Luckily it is the inside and not easily visible. Other than that I’m enjoying my NEW seats .
I installed these covers over three months ago and they are really nice, holding up well. Not too difficult to install. Steaming the foam really made a big difference in fit! I really like the look, fit and fresh leather smell!!
Turned out nice I can send photos if you'd like
Fit great. Super smooth and tight.
This was an excellent purchase and amounted to a few hundred less than having one of the local shops reupholster; plus you can see what you're getting beforehand. Removing the old seat upholstery only took a few minutes with a screw driver, the new upholstery uses the same type of clips. I steamed the old foam to bring it back to original size then installed the covers. Install before cutting along the chalk lines, mine were a little off. I also had to gather up a bit of extra material at the back to avoid baggy ends and corners. The packaging wrinkles worked themselves out over a few days and left no trace. Overall for feel and quality, I am over the moon and completely convinced on buying the front seat set next
I couldn't have asked for anything better! And the price was excellent. They fit perfectly with very little effort and the color was spot on. Can't wait to order the 2nd row seats. Thank you for such a great product!
Happy overall with the outcome given this was my first time ever doing upholstery. I decided to use heavy duty zip ties rather than hog rings and they were much easier to handle. Passenger side seat was first and the wrinkles are more noticeable because on the driver side I used a trash bag that I cut in half over the headrest to slide the cover easier. Just a tip for anyone attempting this. Another tip is to not accidentally slam your jaw with the seat reclining mechanism by pulling the handle on accident. Overall they look amazing for the cost. I got saddle outlets with black perforated inners
I am very pleased with these. The leather is of good quality. Installation was not too difficult for someone who has never recovered anything other than a dirtbike seat. Price was reasonable. They said id have them before Christmas and I had them a week early. Only thing id say is some Installation Instructions or video would have been nice.
