What an absolutely amazing experience
I will be the first to say when I found Lofta I was hesitant. It seemed to easy, but I went ahead and risked the money with the sleep study. Submitted the order on a Wednesday evening. It shipped so fast I had it by Saturday. I waited till Sunday and did the study. Equipment was super easy to use and very nice. Alot nicer than the last at home I tried from a Dr. Office that didn't record a single thing. When I woke Monday and finished the study it uploaded itself. Super simple and easy. I thought to myself I guess we will see what happens now. Scheduled my telemed for Tuesday. Was a super quick 5 min call. Very straightforward. Same Tuesday I was able to order my equipment. The rep was amazing and sent me a link with everything I had asked for in one easy shopping cart. Didn't have to hunt for every individual item. Equipment shipped same day on overnight through FedEx. Sadly it didn't arrive on the Wednesday it should have due to a FedEx issue that had nothing to do with Lofta. Thursday I sat the equipment up and got everything ready with the help of instructional videos Lofta provided. Again super easy. Friday morning was my first day using the cpap. It went well. Dropped from 106 events per hour to less that 1. Been using the equipment for a week now. Had my first call with my coach today and again super helpful and nice. I still cant believe the whole process was so simple and easy. I was dreading going back to a sleep dr and the hassle they make it. This has been by far the easiest medical thing I've experienced in my life. Lofta is a great company with great people providing an experience that will leave you wondering why cant everything be this simple.

Excellent Experience
My cpap fell and cracked the screen. Would no longer connect to bluetooth and no way to be sure it was working properly. The very polite, friendly, & helpful young man was able to offer me a new machine plus some filters and free overnight shipping for little more than repairs would cost. I had a new machine early the next day. I call that service!

Speedy service and price matching
I've been using Lofta for a couple months now. They have a great inventory of CPAP equipment and accessories, with speedy shipping. I have taken advantage of their price match policy – when other authorized vendors have products on sale, Lofta will match and reduce the cost by an additional 10%. I don't know why I'd order anywhere else.

No Fuss No Problems
I spoke to two nice people and had my machine in less than two weeks. I got a used one cheap it works great. I'm sleeping better and will order a back up unit.

Lofta is easy to use and my go-to site for CPAP supplies
Once I uploaded my prescription, order and re-ordering CPAP supplies was fast, able to use HSA was easy and shipping was very quick.

CPAP filter filters
I have a VA Resmed CPAP machine and needed filters and was able to get them fairly quickly within a week from laughter. They sent them to me and I thanked them for their service

We received our test kit and did the sleep test. Received the report and reviewed it with Deedee. We haven't heard a word from her since. We are waiting for our prescription so we can order our machine through Apria. Kaiser Permanente covers us through Apria. Please advise. Not happy.

CPAP equipment has so many varieties and moving parts that ordering on line and gettting the right peice is challenging. The person I worked with was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He made the sale via his professionalism.

Very quick process from ordering the test to getting the machine in your hands, I have wholeheartedly recommended Lofta to the people in my life who may benefit from sleep apnea treatment The out of pocket costs are a minor drawback but pale in comparison to the headaches and delays associated with the insurance route; my symptoms were severe enough that I needed to start treatment urgently and Lofta made that happen in a hassle free manner

Very easy to get seen and get cpap. Hard to use loftacare purchase
I took my sleep apnea test via lofta and I also ordered my CPAP and everything through lofta. The thing is that I also ordered loftacare and it has been very frustrating. For example Trying to use the mask exchange and the discount that is offered with the $200 purchase for loftacare, it’s not clear on how to actually use these benefits. They tell me that I have to meet with the therapist but that is not what was communicated to me when I purchased loftacare and also the person who I spoke to over live chat said they could just send me a different mask without meeting with the sleep therapist, I would like to be able to use my benefits without having to meet with anybody I am already using my mask 8 hours a night and have had no issues getting used to it. I would really like to take advantage of my loftacare purchase but it has been very frustrating getting any communication regarding this, the person I spoke to over live chat said they would send me a new mask to try and I let them know the mask I wanted to try and I never heard back. This is my biggest complaint about lofta, I purchased loftacare thinking I would get these amazing benefits but I have not been able to use any of them.
