I love Lofta!

First - the prices are very reasonable and especially when they have specials. This DOES include Amazon pricing. I was able to get exactly what I needed for less than Amazon and most important, it was the exact items I needed for my machine. In addition, I really appreciated being able to get a prescription for my CPAP over the phone/video. I couldn’t fine my original and simply doing this appointment online made sense and now I have a copy and it was also well worth the few dollars spent. I’ve tried other online shops for supplies but this is the best quality and cheapest prices.

When they want your money, they’ll call you every day to make sure that your prescription goes through but when they get their money and youget the product and you don’t know how to use it and you call and ask for help. Good luck. This is not the first CPAP machine that I bought, but it certainly the last one that I’ll buy from lofta. The last time I bought one from somewhere else, I got really excellent support. What a fool I was not to go back to them.

My order was not delievered as requested. I called and the order was sent within 24 hours. Good people. Great customer service.

Support has been great. The sleep data looks great. Still not experiencing the energy I want and still waking up with headaches occasionally.

The "no water" feature makes international use more available. However, the machine is not as comfortable as my water filled one. Start up, I have to concentrate on breathing in hard before I fall asleep.
