Love the life Straw water bottle

Great experiencing using website and ordering

We love the product (my partner and I). The one issue is Flow Rate from the filter. Currently we are getting 3 to 4 drops every 10-15 seconds. Yes, my partner counted. We have review the videos to make sure installation is correct. We also took apart and rinsed main filter as suggested by your help site. Please provide any potential insights to assist.

We love this system way more than our Brita, which we just threw out because this lifestraw water taste so good, better even than Primo water delivery. We first run our water from the tap through a 5 micron filter and then a 0. 1 micron Sawyer mini filter. The Brita water still tasted bad but the Lifestraw tastes perfect. Thank you! Best not-that-expensive purchase that changed our life and our home for better!

Best water filters!

Love the design of the pitcher but it filters so slow it takes hours to fill up a full pitcher.

Great service, great tasting water and coffee with this new pitcher and filter.

shipping was so fast! all I needed was the spout because mine started to grow tiny black dots. If lifestraw could sell like a lil pack of 4 of just the spouts (or more) that would be great! For now, this was a super easy purchase. Love my bottle :)

I would love help replacing two of my pitchers that were broken. They cracked easily being washed as the plastic is a bit thin.

Everything i hoped it would be

Thanks for your quick response when there was a problem.

Great product, great service. Thank you b

Good service great bottle. Much lighter and easier to carry than I expected.

Shipping is fast. I had a minor flaw after six months in one I bought, but their excellent customer service promptly replaced it. I would highly recommend this product!

Great products from an environmentally & socially aware company! I like that they put different products on sale & that you can save money on their “bundled” items!

No worries about marking the calendar- filters come when it is time for a change

We ordered a replacement filter for our Lifestraw soft sided bottle. It arrived when expected in plenty of time for our upcoming trip.
