Great water pitcher! The filter wasn't working at first and Lifestraw immediately sent me a replacement. Fabulous tasting water and customer service!

Great service. The little door on top of the lid got stuck and broke when I tried to fix it and they sent me a new one right away!

We're happy to have the LifeStraw pitcher and be done with plastic Britas. No issues with its arrival, which is always appreciated. We do have some things we're not thrilled with: — The filter housing feels small, meaning filling it to the brim doesn't get us much and causes more work. — The lid hinge is a pain point. If we don't manually open it, there's water waste from splash, and usually I hold it to make sure it's at the angle where water goes straight down and not everywhere. We bought a blue pitcher because I thought it would help show when it's full, but the hinge makes it hard to see until the water is spilling. — Not thrilled that some elements are still plastic (but understand how difficult it might be to get around that) —We're also looking for a slip-proof workaround for the handle - when we remove it from the refrigerator it's a bit slippery and I'm worried it might wind up falling.

Appreciate the clean water from the filter, it does not leave much room for the water. Very frequent refills are necessary.

This product does a great job at keeping our water clean, cold and looking sleek. We are devoted LifeStraw customers now.

I used to drink bottle water and then a friend in healthcare told me that he always tried to avoid bottle water because of microplastics. I did some research and chose LifeStraw. I bought one for myself and I really liked it. It looks very stylish and works well for my family. Then I bought one for my parents. So hopefully it will help all of us to minimize microplastics.

We love the product (my partner and I). The one issue is Flow Rate from the filter. Currently we are getting 3 to 4 drops every 10-15 seconds. Yes, my partner counted. We have review the videos to make sure installation is correct. We also took apart and rinsed main filter as suggested by your help site. Please provide any potential insights to assist.

We love this system way more than our Brita, which we just threw out because this lifestraw water taste so good, better even than Primo water delivery. We first run our water from the tap through a 5 micron filter and then a 0. 1 micron Sawyer mini filter. The Brita water still tasted bad but the Lifestraw tastes perfect. Thank you! Best not-that-expensive purchase that changed our life and our home for better!

Love the design of the pitcher but it filters so slow it takes hours to fill up a full pitcher.
