Should have bought one of these years ago. The filtered water tastes fresh and I KNOW it is much cleaner than straight from the tap. You can see the difference. Happy now!

I like the pitcher. Well designed and pours easily but it is difficult to clean the water spots from the hard water In our area.

I’m very satisfied with your replacement filter overall, but there is one thing that could be improved. It’s not clear how the filter should be stored if I’m going to be away from home for several weeks or longer and want to use it again afterward. It would be helpful if you could provide clear guidance on the proper way to store the filter during extended periods of non-use.

I use little to no plastic water bottles and provide cleaner water to those on the planet in need. One of the best subscription services I use!

This filter is probably very effective and the water does taste good but it takes SO long for the water to pass through the filters. For a family that consumes a lot of water, it is not too practical. I like it but if only they could figure out how to make the water flow through faster!

Originally the dispenser we purchased was missing the crucial front piece that actually stopped the water from coming out. I reached out to LifeStraw, asking for a replacement part to be supplied, and after some back and forth about the issue they informed me they could not send the part; however, they would send me a new dispenser at no charge. Despite it being free in the end, I would still say positive things. I don’t like my water to have flavor and this dispenser achieves that. I am drinking triple the amount of water I used to and my family also likes it. It does take up 1/2 a shelf in our side-by-side fridge, but for us that was an okay trade. Get it if you like a dispenser.
