Ordering and shipping were easy and pretty fast even during the holiday season. I didn’t care if it arrived prior to Christmas but it shipped out quickly after the order was placed which was nice. It would have been nice to have included cleaning and set up instructions for the water bottle which was missing in my shipment but other than that everything was ok.
