Although I have not had emergencies in quite a while, I do recall excellent response times.

I want to know what happens if I should fall when I am NOT at home?? When I am home it works fine.

Having problems getting new pendant to replace old one that has my account on inactive for over a year. They sent a replacement that doesn’t work. Now awaiting another new replacement that may arrive in 2to 3 weeks. I have to say that when I fall the emergency operators are quick to answer. The string that the pendant is strung on is cheap looking and the automatic release releases when I turn over in bed at night or other occasions when I twist thus falling on the floor in businesses.

Whenever Lifeline has been alerted of a possible fall, they have always been so concerned about my wellbeing and make sure that I am okay before hanging up

Always someone responds when I need help.

My husband is now gone which is why I got it as he kept falling and I needed help getting him up!! They were always there helping, sometimes 3 times a month. So now I'm here alone and want some peace of mind, so I can keep living here alone!!

good service need battery that does no t have to be charged

I feel very secure wearing my button but I can’t tell you I love it. Sometimes the buttons on it irritate my neck I did fall and it didn’t go off but I could. Push my button I have recommended to friends

I am happy with Lifeline quick responses when I have acidentally triped the device. It does show me how well it responds.

Service is terrific but I wish they wouldn’t call my brother or sister in law immediately after the call.
