I have never had the
I have never had the need to press the button to summon help. Therefore, I do not know what will occur when I might truly require assistance. Will LIFELINE pass the test? Thus, everything has been fine - SO FAR!.

Have not used it much.
Have not used it much. I have not been away or working in the yard. Right now I feel like it was unnecessary. Sorry I am not a good user of Lifeline. Also, when I think of the yearly cost I get upset. One of the first times I used it, put it in my purse because it was a nuisance, and it went off. You know the rest.

My Lifeline on the go
My Lifeline on the go button is very good and convenient. However, I am still waiting for a refund on the Home Safe system I returned when I received the on the go system. This is more than a year ago!

Did not ever contact family
Did not ever contact family member who is in town. Called sons that live three hours away after got to the hospital. Did not tell the EMS where the key was.

Several months ago my granddaughter
Several months ago my granddaughter push the lifeline button. No one responded for over 6 or *8 minutes. Why so long a wait time for a response? In the past the response was almost immediately.

I wear the pendant always,
I wear the pendant always, in the shower, everywhere and am comfortable and secure in knowing help is a button away if needed...which I have needed once when I fell and could not right myself...EMTs showed up, helped me stand and everything was good... Security is priceless...

I wish you had service
I wish you had service that was not dependent on a land-line phone connection (i.e., cellular technology). When the power goes out, so does LiifeLiine. Very nervous-making.

I am pleased with my
I am pleased with my lifeline experience, except for the fact that the necklace rope has gone to full length on its own. I cannot make it stay short around my neck. I need another one that works.

I've never had to use my device for an emergency, but even the times I've set it off by accident, your company has always responded to the alarm. I think you're a wonderful company, and I feel so safe having this alarm. Thank you so much for this wonderful service.
