There was a problem with billing and you only reached out to the primary phone number, ignoring the secondary numbers and email.

Good service, until you don't need it any more.
Would give more stars but ending service and returning the hardware is a nightmare. Multiple calls, on hold, and confused feedback. Took weeks and was charged for additional months all the whole.

I am over 90 years old living alone , and it wouldn’t be possible without the emotional security life alert has given me With their I Immediate response to the button! They have been there for my falls, mini Stroke, etc !etc! I am so happy that some smart person came up with concept! I would be so unhappy in a home or living with family! I am able to exist as the human being I Always was! Despite my handicaps I am still me!!!

Have not used lifeline due to fall accident and hospitalization. Will use again when returning home.

I love being a part
I love being a part of the lifeline family. I’m 83 years of age with no family. I live alone and feel so safe with lifeline. I know I can get help if I need it. It’s like having family inside my home.

Awful!!!!!!
Couldn’t understand representative. Cancelled service as if several months ago. Spent 37 hours on hold waiting to talk to done over several months. Stated I wanted a full refund for balance due! She had to email me the return address!

Lifeline’s failure to communicate.
I sought to “pair” new HELP button; but heard message that your unit required servicing. So, I wantrf to to speak to a live person. I sent message via email-block in your email message; but you failed to respond. I phoned; but encountered interminable waiting times. cdporter500@gmail.com. Customer #:22-000001

Took a little more time
Took a little more time than I thought should. The rep was cordial and connected me in fairly good time. She thought our area had a volunteer fie dept., and learned a while later that the fire dept. was a full serving fire dept.

I hit my head on
I hit my head on the corner of my night stand, laid on the floor bleeding. But help came soon. I am very weak and have 5 staples in my head. I am grateful for Lifeline. Sincerely, Bruni Bullard

I have been trying to call customer service and wait time is unbelievably long. I have called 3 days in a row and have sat on the line for 30 minute or more each time. Please call me at 508-735-7496 to discuss my mother-in-laws service with lifeline.

I have no complaints about
I have no complaints about the service. I am wondering if there are any other attachments for the device. I find the neck piece clumsy and awkward.

You always ring if you
You always ring if you sense a fall, which is so helpful as my mom does fall. The only issue is that she takes off the button to shower and forgets to put it back on as she has Alzheimer's disease. I know she does not have to take it off to shower, but she always has and feels better doing it.
