This system is very cool. Easy to use, and you get an unbelievably comprehensive list of helmets and their fitment. Interestingly enough, it showed that the Shoei Neotec I wear is one of the best fits for me.

The last couple helmets I’ve tried have given me excruciating headaches after about 45 minutes of riding. I determined that the helmets I was riding with were too small, so I purchased a new helmet that was a size up, per the manufacturers size chart. Even though I was within the size chart range for the XL size of this particular helmet, it fit way too big on me. Finally I turned to LidPicker, and they gave me a chart of plenty of helmets. I picked the one that was the very closest match based on my head measurements. This also ended up being an XL, but from a different manufacturer. I was skeptical that the XL would be too big based on my last experience, however the helmet LidPicker recommended fits perfectly. So far no headaches either. Unfortunately there are a lot of helmets listed that are out of production or unavailable. You would be better served by going to a brick and mortar store and trying on what you think you might want. I'm still waiting on the helmet I ordered, it's still several day out, that was "Ideal" so I can't speak to it's accuracy.

Very pleased with how easy it was and the list given with one exception and that was the LS2 was missing from the list and is a helmet I am interested in. Would have loved to know if it is even an option. The results did confirm a few things about the helmets I’ve had in the past. A long oval head is a pain to fit.

LidPicker is awesome! Aaron was extremely helpful and went above and beyond... my friend measured my head incorrectly the first time, and Aaron spotted it and let me run my report again. I realized I was wearing the wrong size and shape helmet- I went from a loaner small Arai Regent-X to a medium Arai Quantum-X, which I had to replace the cheek pads for and go up two sizes in those... which turns out that was why I was wearing the small helmet, because the cheeks fit, but the top was too small! I am so happy now, and I feel so much safer too!!! Thank you, Aaron! I am trying to get Revzilla to sell your product! I hardly ever right reviews for anything, so you should trust this one, whomever is reading this!

Lid picker was a tremendous help. It saved me from having to research helmet after helmet albeit I did research the helmets, after looking through the list, of the ones I picked. It was so much easier. Thank you.

I had an icon helmet which I was happy with the fit on, but looking to reduce the road/wind noise. Read great reviews on the Shoei RF-1200 and found a great deal online, but wanted to confirm fit before ordering. LidPicker.com enabled me to do that and the fit was great. It is slightly more snug than my old helmet, but not uncomfortable and I’m still in the break-in period (15-20 hrs riding) so expect it to loosen slightly over time.

The database of helmets provided does not include one the models I am interested in (Schuberth M1 Pro).

I have had a lot of difficulty finding the right size helmet for my noggin. Even motorcycle dealers and stores told me the wrong thing. Lid Picker ended all that, and gave me solid facts that helped me make the right choice. Helmets are expensive, at least the ones that are worth wearing for long hours during a ride. Few sellers accept returns, or let you ride for a couple hours with a helmet. Now I have what I need. It's worth the cost to get the answers

Measuring kit arrived quickly and the report arrived in less than a day.

I have a hard time finding the correct internal helmet shape for my head. This took the guess work out of my helmet selection.

I rated the service 4 stars, as I haven't purchased a helmet yet. I received the kit in less than a week. The process for submitting your measurements, likewise easy with quick turnaround for receiving your tailored report. I found my lidpicker report to be very accurate, and I have found myself a helmet which fits my head better than anything I have ever tried (arai signet x). I've actually tried quite a few helmets on at in-person stores, and it was interesting to see that the lidpicker report reflected my experience of trying on those helmets that did not fit well. I have a weird head shape in-between long oval and intermediate oval, and this service helped me to find the helmet that fits me as well as is really possible given my head shape.

I should’ve used your service years ago. The helmet I bought was listed as ideal in two categories and center of range for the size range. It fits tight (still breaking it in) everywhere on my head, almost as if it was made for my head. Would absolutely recommend using Lidpicker.com for helmet sizing. Just follow the instructions to the letter and you can’t go wrong.

Report covered a lot of different brands. Unfortunately for me, the only two that were ideal are both “out of production”. Sigh. What good is a reccommendation of a helmet that is no longer produced??? Now I am told to pick one of the “OK” ones. I was really looking forward to having a perfect fit helmet……

Helmeted rider since 1967. Several helmets, several brands. The elusive snug fit after break-in. Friend measures head 58cm, order on sale AGV K6, order MS per AGV size chart. Order arrives promptly, Argh, can’t even get me head to totally seat up into the helmet. Helmet returned and I ordered the Lid Picker kit. Prompt shipment and upon arrival remeasired both length, width and circumference. Circumference came in at 59.5cm. Measurements put into Lid Picker one or two days later it emailed me a wonderful chart with recommendations of several brands, very detailed. Purchased a Shoei RF1400, size 59-60cm. PERFECT FIT. Lid Picker is the best money I’ve ever spent for motorcycling.
