I was looking to renew my prescription as my vision hasn’t changed and I’m 1 month past a year. I found a couple places offering to renew online that stated upfront the charge of $20 to do the online test. This site NEVER gave a price nor stated that there would be a fee until I finished the test then was asked for $35. I even checked the FAQ’s and instructions twice and no mention of a fee. Needless to say I wasn’t paying more for a dishonest practice. Thanks for wasting my time!

Had a few issues. Ordered 5 boxes. Got 3 delivered. One was the wrong box of lenses. I called and told them that I was missing 2 boxes and one was the wrong strength. Was told correct one would be sent soon and I would get a discount coupon for future purchase-never got it. Did get correct strength lenses. No communication about the 2 missing boxes from the company-I had to call or write. They eventually got here, communication and customer service is lacking.

When they found out about the issued i was having they stepped up and took care of everything. Then checked back to make sure everything eas still okay. That is Great customer service. I will definitely be back and i have already been spreading the word.
