The website design is so mid it’s frustrating. Why can’t I just copy a previous order instead of having to type in my contact lens name? Also the type-search is broken. I search Acuvue and I get 3 results found, but only 1 result displays. It says there’s multiple pages but everything after page 1 is blank. This is insane dude

This review is based on the last two experiences only. I do generally get good deals here and prompt delivery my desired lenses, but here are the issues: 1) Your site doesn't seem to retain my prescription. I always have to reload it, even though you have prior orders on record and the order is within the year of the validity of the Rx. 2) Once you sent me two orders - one correct, one not. I was only charged for one. I called / messaged to return the other. No response. This last time, you appeared to charge my HSA card twice for one order; one complete and one pending. I called. No answer. Left message. No response. Bottom line: Your customer service seems to be non-existent. 3) Maybe it's a lens mfr. issue, but my pricing jumped extraordinarily this last time while you were running sales and promos. I thought I was getting a good deal; I ended up paying $20-$30 more than I expected. Summary: You seem to be a less expensive source in general but if there are issues, then buyer beware.

I feel as if a returning customer should not have to re-enter prescription information every single time I want to purchase more. I should be able to log in, go to prescription history and choose to use what's listed again, or change the prescription as needed. The website repeatedly asks for way too much and is not efficient. I just want to log in, make a selection, and log out.

I shopped around at other sites that claim price match and they'll beat the price by a dollar, but they still couldn't match Lenses For Less. Lenses For Less had the prices that fit my budget, beat me expectations for delivery time, and my package arrived undamaged. With the quality of service they provide, I don't see a need to shop anywhere else for my contact lenses. Lenses For Less will be my first stop shop from now on.

I was a bit skeptical I mean like they were selling contacts for cheaper than anyone else, but I ordered on Saturday night and got my contacts Tuesday. It was seamless and not too difficult so idk I guess dont be too concerned that you've never heard of this company

Great price and super fast delivery

First time ordering from you. Online order was relatively easy, price was competitive and delivery was very quick. Wish there had been a link or information about rebate available for my lenses

Excellent customer service during a time when I needed to renew my Rx. They held my order, and communicated with me throughout the process. When I was able to upload my new Rx, my lenses literally arrived two days later. I have no idea how they pulled this off, but I'm now a lifer-cutomer.

One huge complaint i have, to the point that I have considered ordering from someone else is that, each time I need to place an order, I have to search for the brand, the type of lens, and type in prescription specs from scratch, each and every time. Given prescription is good for a year, there should be a single button to click to Refill the order, either from the previous order receipt, or from a log-in screen dashboard of sorts.
