I will be using Lenses For Less exclusively. My optometrist made an error in my contact prescription. She would not reimburse me for the box of lenses that I purchased. Lenses for Less had my back. Customer Service said to return the box of lenses and they would replace them with the corrected prescription. I just received my lenses and I am very impressed with this company!

I needed to order contacts for an event I had coming up. No one could get them to me on time, so I decided to just find the best deal price wise. Not only were they much cheaper than anywhere else, they showed up the day of my event! 4 days earlier than scheduled! Lenses for less saved the day and all at a discounted price! I will be ordering all my contacts from them for now on. Thank you!

I recently received 4 boxes of these contacts from my doctor. They also gave me a "Upgrade Rebate" flyer that they said I could send. I was looking on the website today and my contacts are not shown as qualifying for any type of rebate. Am I over-looking something? Or did I get ripped off by the doctor for $396 in contact lenses that I could have gotten for less online?

This notice at the bottom of the description should be posted more prominently: "Note: this contact lens is custom manufactured for your prescription. It generally takes about 5-6 weeks to ship. This manufacturing time is present for all doctors and retailers that sell this particular contact lens brand." A cheerful automated e-mail should also go out every week with this info and reminding people that they are on week X of 6 just to re-assure people. Customer service is responsive and helpful.

Lenses came much faster than originally indicated. So easy to order online and upload my prescription and for 1/4 of the cost quoted by my doctor.

I'm sorry I have to rate this 1-star, but I have only received half of my order. I ordered on May 17th and received two boxes of one eye, but the other shipment (why was it in two shipments!?) is hung up and "on the way." I've been checking for a couple weeks now and the status hasn't changed since May 20th. I paid for these contacts, but am I going to receive them? Now I'm worried about them sitting somewhere in poor conditions for too long. Please handle/resolve!

I decided to return the lenses I had bought to exchange for a different model, and Alec in Customer Service walked me through the whole process, which involved checking my prescription, explaining to me how to send the lenses, sending me the link for the free UPS shipping label, confirming when my lenses had been received, issuing me a refund and creating a new order, confirming the new order quantity... He was super prompt and helpful in responding to all of my many emails, and it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had!
