If you are considering making a purchase from this company, I strongly advise you to think twice. They do not issue refunds. I returned my items according to their return policy, and they confirmed receipt; however, they are still refusing to refund me. They keep saying, "We paid you," but I have verified with my bank that no refunds have been processed. This situation feels like a scam. It's very difficult to contact and speak with someone, so please reconsider before buying from here. I have lost a significant amount of money, and my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Stop sending me emails when you know I just ordered lenses and don't need any.

Contact lenses arrived but shipping box was quite damaged. Better packaging would be advised. Other than that, everything was great!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on Friday, September 13. A few days later I was sent an email that my order had shipped. I tracked that shipment and I discovered that it was a shipment sent 4 MONTHS ago to an address several states away. They have stolen my money and will not respond to any form of communication.
