The picture showed an Exacto 1799 the horizontal model and you shipped me the cheap plastic underpowered newer model that i did not want.

Found exactly what we needed easily. The website was very user-friendly and ordering was quick and efficient.

Unfortunately Received Bent 3 packages bent of the 15 ordered. Appears box did not hold up well for as much weight of the contents.

When I made my purchase, I selected the 2-3 business days shipping. It arrived a week later, two days after I needed them. Even most of the "expedited" shipping was supposedly going to arrive later or cost the amount of my order doubled again. I will probably order from here again, but never for anything rushed.

I ordered "bluebacks" (blue manuscript covers), and they were supposed to be very similar to another product that has been discontinued. They are not at all like the other product. They are thin and flimsy, although they cost the same as the other product that has been discontinued.

I had a question and a small issue understanding my order pricing so I called in and spoke with a live person immediately. My issue was resolved right away and the woman I spoke with was absolutely wonderful! It is so rare to get good, personal customer service, the experience was refreshing.
