I ordered 20 packs of numbered binder tabs and Legal Supply mistakenly missed one of them (and had two of another). When I called, they shipped the replacement out VERY quickly and free of charge. I appreciated that the Customer Service line had an actual person capable of sticking to their promises, and not an automated/AI responder. Will be buying more from them!

I ordered on October 27th, I had a trial on November 3rd. When I checked UPS tracking after ordering, it said deliver by October 30th. I did not receive until November 4th, after my trial ended.
