I ordered 20 packs of numbered binder tabs and Legal Supply mistakenly missed one of them (and had two of another). When I called, they shipped the replacement out VERY quickly and free of charge. I appreciated that the Customer Service line had an actual person capable of sticking to their promises, and not an automated/AI responder. Will be buying more from them!

This was the first time our firm placed an order with Legal Supply and Kim was wonderful to work with. When the item was out of stock, she worked with us finding a replacement item at a great price, even sending a sample to ensure we would be satisfied with the product. I ordered on October 27th, I had a trial on November 3rd. When I checked UPS tracking after ordering, it said deliver by October 30th. I did not receive until November 4th, after my trial ended.
