We spent over $300 and feel like the $40-something in shipping should have been less. We're willing to pay some shipping, and we know paper is heavy, but then your shipping department needs to do some research to find a cheaper option. Not just because it is expensive, but also because we won't order as frequently; holding off as long as possible to make sure we don't overspend on shipping.

You described your legal pads as legal lined. They are not "legal" lined - that is thin lined. They are fat lined just like every other legal pad I can get at my local office supply store.
