We LOVE Leesa mattresses. All the beds in our house have Leesa mattresses and they are perfect!

This would have been a 5 star review BUT. . . We love the Leesa beds. We already own one of them and needed another. This time we chose the in-home delivery and removal service. That was very disappointing. Leesa shipped the bed very quickly to the delivery company (Ryder Last Mile) but it took them 2 weeks to contact us with a delivery date that was another week later. That date was in the middle of our vacation. Reschedule took another week so essentially, it took a month to get the bed after ordering it. Had Leesa explained how long that service would take, we would have skipped paying the extra money and figured it out on our own.

Easy to order. Shipping took a while but it was ok.

It has the perfect balance of softness and support. Not too firm, not too plush. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

I haven’t purchased a new mattress in many, many years and kept putting it off in fear of making a mistake. I used to travel extensively for business and struggled with the mattresses I encountered. So, I was pretty nervous even after researching for several months. I finally made a purchase and have been very happy. I expected it to take awhile to get used to the mattress and was really surprised that there was no break-in time — I was comfortable on the first night.

Shipping worked well as it was shipped in three pieces. Ordering process was easy and they even helped us with a coupon code after the fact due to us ordering before the deal started. Very comfy bed and we hope it will be a 5-10 year investment.

Love the product. I have ordered several mattresses for me and my grown children. We love the mattresses and the pillows. We had difficulty getting our pillows this order. I was given a refund after many weeks of waiting then had to wait several more weeks. Not sure why. But great product. Poor communication

I'm afraid this mattress was too hot for comfortable sleep. I added a topper but that didn't help. I tried the mattress for 30 days and now I'm upgrading to one of the chill mattresses with a built in topper.

I really like that Lisa has been checking in with me to see how I’m doing with it. That’s really nice And. I feel that they care about my sleep, and that I’m satisfied. Not all companies do that. Thank you, Leesa
