Difficult to communicate with. Slow response time

Customer Service was fabulous when I needed to confirm and possibly change my delivery date. Mattress arrived when expected and we've been loving it ever since. Would definately recommend to others.

This is my only complaint was the shipping process. There is lack of communication and the app that they provided I felt was not updated. Well I ended up using FedEx tracking and they only I believe shipped it after I called them asking what was going on after seven days. The website said it would be 3 to 7 days delivery when I called. It was going to be another week, which is fine it was not an urgent, but you need to be aware that it’s more two weeks for delivery but again I had to call.

I bought my mattresses the day after Labor Day received like two days after Labor Day and they had 20% off, and I said something about it and they refunded my money. The mattress is exactly the way it described and description perfect for me to sleep on.

So far, with some adjusting, I like the bed. It doesn't work so well with an adjustable base though and I've had to adapt to that. The issue is that the pillow top bunches up and forms an uncomfortable ridge. That might be starting to relax a bit though and I'm optimistic. When flat the bed is very comfortable, soft and supportive! The delivery was delayed though, and when it did show up the box was in rough shape and covered in pink chalk that came off on everything. The matress however was undamaged.

I ordered the Sapira Hybrid Chill Mattress in Full size in Medium firmness. It felt very firm at first but has become more comfortable as time went on. Also, I talked to the company about how firm it felt, and they sent me a cooling mattress pad, which has helped. I have fibromyalgia, so I am extra sensitive to an uncomfortable mattress. It was very easy and quick to order and receive my mattress. I did professional set up since I am disabled and also ordered an adjustable base. Everything was very quick, and they took my old mattress and box springs away for me. All in all, ordering from Leesa has been a been a good experience

I sought assistance from the comfort crew as I was not 100% happy with my new Leesa mattress that I had just shy of 30 days. There was a sale happening at that time and I wanted to be able to get the best price when I exchanged one Leesa mattress for a different type of Leesa. Cayla was patient with my request and guided me through the return and new purchase process and helped me to be able to get the best deal available. I am so thankful for Cayla’s assistance!

Replaced a Tempur-Pedic mattress with a Sapira Hybrid Chill. I don’t think the Sapira is any cooler than the Tempur-Pedic but it’s a comfortable mattress. The Oasis Chill that we originally tried was a little too soft and springy. I’ve been very impressed by the customer service from Leesa and the fact that the mattresses are made in Arizona. No regrets about the purchase.

Sleeping noticeably better with this mattress. Highly recommend.

Shipping was deplorable (I settled on the delivery and in-home set up) but customer service was very helpful in doing their best resolve the issue. The bed itself seems to be medium quality and overall a good bed. However, after only a few weeks I feel the overall support (med/firm) is not at all what I was hoping it would be. Still contemplating an exchange.
