White glove delivery was fast and on-time. The only problem was that I thought the "White Glove" option included taking away the old bed frame too, not just the old mattress. It doesn't. They did help me remove it from the house though. But overall I'm very happy with the new mattress and adjustable base.

We expected a nice experience having slept on the base Leesa for 10 years and were not disappointed. The Sapeera Hybrid Cooling has nice supper and really does keep me cooler through the night (though I haven’t had it in the summer, yet). Hoping to get 10 years out of this one too.

This encasement solved a big problem I had with sheets popping up at the corners due to the slippery surface of the (otherwise excellent) Leesa mattress pad. The customer service people I worked with could not have been any better, and I won't consider going anywhere else for mattresses etc.

This mattress is super comfortable and provides us with a good nights sleep. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for high grade of materials and excellent customer service too.

I can definitely say that Leesa is one of the best, no bull, quickest customer service, when it comes to returns; it's unfortunate that I haven't been able to find the right mattress for this old bag of bones. . .

I have never gone wrong with Leesa. The mattress is great and while I had so many choices for a waterproof mattress protectors, I chose Leesa. It has no noise, fits my Leesa mattress perfectly and takes nothing away from the comfort of my Leesa mattress. I have become a loyal Leesa customer.

Experience was niceeee

We had an original original Leesa mattress For eight years, and when upgrading to a king-size bed thought we’d try to consider other options. We gotten older, Into our 40s, And thought maybe some additional firmness could be good for our backs. Not only were we wrong about that, we didn’t consider all the other features of the Leesa Mattress we’ve been using over the years. Specifically, we are both side/stomach sleepers, our small dogs often join us, and we both tend to get overheated. We tried three other mattresses from competitors—latex, spring, foam-only—at the end of the day, none of them did as well as our original Leesa. We chose the Sapira hybrid We wanted the extra edge retention on the mattress. It delivered on that, as well as all of the categories above that we needed. The movement isolation is incredible, and outperformed all the other mattresses we tried from big name competitors who are more expensive. The mattress cooling is excellent, and this mattress is a luxurious improvement to the original. Happy to be back! Highly recommended.
