Shipping was on time, well boxed and packaged.

The mattress took a couple of weeks to break in, but it softened much faster than expected. After only a couple of months of use, I've already noticed sagging in certain areas and a significant reduction in support for proper body alignment. Considering both the poor delivery experience and the mattress's disappointing quality, I don't believe it's worth the high price. I expected much better durability and support for what we paid.

Mattress is so large and heavy it is almost impossible to change the linen on my sleigh bed.

I returned the $3000 Saatva Rx Mattress for people with chronic back problems. I could not see any improvement in my sleep. I have been sleeping on the Leesa Chill Hybrid for one month. It is extremely comfortable - not too soft and not too hard. I am very, very happy with the purchase.

Ryder services provided poor delivery service, but Leesa addressed it and came through when I brought it to their attention. Bed is comfortable, was very well packed, and a good price, too. I would buy from them again, just ensure shipping is direct to me or that vendor issues are resolved.

I spent quite some time on the phone with a salesperson, Alfie, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and did not push me towards more expensive mattresses -- he seemed genuinely to want to meet my requirements and needs. He was about as good as I could have hoped.
