We purchased the king size and my husband states that it’s the best sleep of his life. The mattress is very comfortable and heavy. I definitely do not regret this purchase and plan to upgrade my teens’ mattresses, as well.

Don’t care for the pad at all. Doesn’t feel cool and makes my sheets slip. Had to replace already.

We are really enjoying our new Leesa Mattress so far! The overall delivery and setup process was incredibly easy. However, I do have one important warning for anyone unboxing it: be extremely careful when cutting away the vacuum plastic layer. The moment you make that last cut, the mattress decompresses instantly and "pops" right out with a lot of force. Just make sure you stand back a bit so it doesn't catch you off guard! The only minor issue we've run into is that either the new mattress cover or our new sheets seem to be slipping around quite a bit on the bed. I'm not entirely sure which one is the culprit, but they don't seem to grip each other perfectly. Other than that small annoyance, it has been a great sleep experience and we are happy with the purchase!

The mattress fit my needs and was an easy process. The only potential improvement to my experience would be handles on the side of the mattress. The mattress is pretty heavy and hard to move around. I accidentally broke the zipper on the cover and had to safety pin the opening so the zipper wouldn't come more undone. Otherwise, solid product.

Awful shipping delays, worse communication. I was repeatedly told the delays are because mattresses are made to order, and it's simply not true. It took nearly a month between order and delivery, with no updates from Leesa. The AI bot is a joke and constantly contradicted Leesa's own policies. I would never purchase from Leesa again and am considering returning the mattress we purchased.

We love the new Leesa bed because of its confort and most importantly its made in the USA.

Shipped directly and it was easy to open with minimal smell. Also, I didn’t get catapulted like those TikTok videos you see of unboxing mattresses 😂

Leesa provided great customer service. We ordered the wrong bedframe and were unable to disassemble. Leesa sent the right bedframe and sent a full refund for the original order. The whole process was easy and appreciated.

The mattress protectors were the only thing I received. After multiple calls with Leesa, Ryder, and Fallon Moving, I cancelled my order because I never received the bed or mattresses.

We bought this medium hybrid mattress for the lumbar support and side sleeper support. So far my wife is happy with how her support is, however my hips are feeling pressure which I've never had before on any previous mattresses. We switched to this type of mattress mainly for my wife. So before she could barely sleep, but now she's better and now I have the issues, ironically.

Not at all happy. Cuases back pain and very little side support when getting up and out.

The support reps I worked with shared a lot of information, but it wasn't always useful. There was a lot of different language describing different mattresses, so "comparing apples to apples" to find the right mattress took longer than expected.

Just had issues with the delivery company they use for “delivery and removal” that I paid extra for. It took almost 3 weeks to get it delivered after the delivery company had received it. Customer service with Leesa was kind and supportive but wasn’t able to change Ryder’s delivery process. They give you one date… if it doesn’t work, you have to wait a week before they will even offer you another date. I will say the guys that delivered were nice and efficient.
