The bed arrived quickly and delivered with care.

Really happy with the purchase. Wirecutter recommendation holds up! Packaging was efficient though definitely need two people to maneuver and set up unless you do white glove. Switched from an all foam mattress to this and notice the cooling effect on the hybrid.

I had questions during the order process (website quote was different than the checkout price) and customer service was efficient and knowledgeable. Problem with delivery but that was due to FEDEX not Leesa. AND I am really loving this bed. At first I thought it may be too soft but a couple of weeks in and it is just right. Great experience overall.

I waited a few months to purchase my mattress because I wanted to make sure I'd done my research. Frankly, I was nervous about trusting a box mattress brand. I'm a side sleeper and would wake up with lower back/hip pain every morning, even at hotels. After all my searching I was hopeful that with Leesa, I was getting a quality mattress that would hold up and I had a nice firm mattress product. That said, the hype was true. I'm only about a month into sleeping on my new mattress (Leesa Plus) but, it's a perfect match for my sleep/body type. I haven't even thought about that my morning back and hip pain until writing this review. . . Its been BLISS. It was also a super easy shipping and unboxing process. Would recommend!

I originally ordered a Leesa Original mattress on February 22nd, but unfortunately, it ran into some shipping hurdles. After the FedEx tracking remained stuck in the "Label Created" stage for several days, I reached out to the Leesa support team. Their customer service, specifically Sedona, was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly investigated the situation with FedEx and confirmed the package was lost. To make things right, they immediately processed a replacement order free of charge. Even better, they upgraded me to the Leesa Original Hybrid as part of the re-order process. While the initial shipping delay was a bit of a hassle, the way Leesa handled the situation—by proactively resolving the issue and providing an upgrade—really impressed me. Their "Comfort Crew" definitely lives up to the name!

It has been a long time since I shopped for a mattress so it was very helpful to use Wirecutter in choosing a hybrid mattress that met our needs on quality, price and comfort. This Leesa was their top pick. It is medium-firm and exactly as expected.

My new mattress is great. It is plush but supportive. I wake every morning without back or shoulder pain. The mattress lived up to earlier reviews. However, as wonderful the mattress is, the customer service is even better. I was concerned about buying a mattress on-line. However not only was customer service readily available by email or phone, it was proactive in following up my order at all stages and keeping me informed.

Used the white glove service and the guys were amazing! Easy enjoyment!

I thought the original was more comfortable at first but after a few days of getting used to the Sapira, my back is in love.

This is our second Leesa mattress. First one was great. Had it almost 10 years. We thought we upgraded by trying another brand, wrong! We returned it and bought another from Leesa. Best mattress we have owned x2.
