The site was helpful when comparing mattresses. I did go to West Elm to check a couple out. Also looked at mattress reviews. Ordering was easy and I had to contact Leesa about something and they were more than helpful. This was the first time shopping for a mattress online, also buying a hybrid. I think the whole experience went smoothly. I would do it again.

I was skeptical when the mattress arrived in a box but it is so comfortable! I would absolutely purchase again !

Not as cool or comfortable as reviews claim. My hip pain is less but back pain is more. Company claims virtually undetectable movement from partner, but that is absolutely not accurate. Disappointing for sure as I researched a ton before purchasing.

Shipping was a total nightmare. Ryder gave us one day in July which just happened to be on our annual vacation. We had to wait over a month for delivery which is not appreciated.

Good mattress, hate your customer support. You set up customer support in such a way that there is no interactions with humans. VERY alienating. Lose the AI!!!

I have the latex natural hybrid, and I find it extremely comfortable, I kind of sink into the upper layer and feel cradled. I have been getting better sleep than I have in a few years.

Best bed I’ve ever had. We’ve had other luxury mattresses, this is the best. We’ve went medium firm and is softer than anticipated. Also glad it is because it is beyond comfortable. Best sleep, minimal disturbance. Really enjoying and recommend

This mattress is amazing. It is perfectly "medium" meaning comfortable squeshy without being too soft and yet supportive enough for my back issues. And it actually keeps us cool. It's cool to the touch when you unwrap it and it pulls heat away from your body without making you cold. Incredible technology. We both highly recommend this mattress.
