I call this my Goldilocks mattress. It is not too hot and not to cold, it is just right. It is not too firm or too soft; it is just right. I suffer from low back pain and having a mattress that helps me sleep the through the night without waking up because I am so uncomfortable. This mattress is well worth the investment. There are many mattress companies, but I will eventually buy from Leesa again. They are correct about the comfort of their products.

I ordered my mattress for Legend Chill Hybrid and it went fairly smoothly. But within a week a serious issue arose; the delivery folks couldn't seem to find my mattress. Made a couple of calls to Leesa, got a number for the delivery folks, and had a couple of phone calls with them. Seemed to be some confusion. I finally reached out to Leesa and Cayla responded. We spoke on the phone and then emails. She tracked down the issue - seems the mattress was sent to the wrong address and the delivery folks had no idea where it was - despite some conversations to the contrary. In the meantime, Cayla had ordered a new mattress- just in case - and once it was confirmed they hadn't found it, it was shipped out immediately, We were now nearly 4 weeks since my order was submitted, so Cayla was also kind enough to refund the delivery fee and tracked he mattress to my home. The deliver folks came when they said they would and were finished in about 15 minutes. So, despite the initial issues, Cayla came through for us in a very professional, courtesy, and efficient manner. She is a credit to Leesa's customer service. She should be recognized for the great impression - and recovery - she made.

This was our second mattress purchase, I don’t know the magic used to make them but the second was even better than the first. My shoulders and lower back have never felt better!

I returned the $3000 Saatva Rx Mattress for people with chronic back problems. I could not see any improvement in my sleep. I have been sleeping on the Leesa Chill Hybrid for one month. It is extremely comfortable - not too soft and not too hard. I am very, very happy with the purchase.

Ryder services provided poor delivery service, but Leesa addressed it and came through when I brought it to their attention. Bed is comfortable, was very well packed, and a good price, too. I would buy from them again, just ensure shipping is direct to me or that vendor issues are resolved.

I spent quite some time on the phone with a salesperson, Alfie, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and did not push me towards more expensive mattresses -- he seemed genuinely to want to meet my requirements and needs. He was about as good as I could have hoped.

Very happy with everything

Communication was good throughout the process and the mattress was delivered carefully and on time. The Leesa Sapira hybrid is the perfect fit of comfort and support.

Everything was good, ease of ordering, getting product ( though larger and heavier than expected), return process, communication. Mattress was just a little stiffer and hotter than I expected.

This was definitely not as plush as my last mattress and based on reviews I thought it was going to be plush but it was definitely a lot firmer than I expected. Granted, my last mattress was quite old but I was disappointed at first and the first 30 days I didnt think I would keep it. But I wanted to keep it the full 90 days and see if anything improved and (with also including new pillows and a new sleeping mask) I do believe my sleep quality has improved greatly since last year. I would recommend, but I would advise people to test in store if possible before purchasing, as I really loved my other plush mattress and this is a tad bit firmer than I would have gotten initially. But I know in the long run a firmer mattress can be better for your back/recovery!

Our 10-yr. old Leesa has been semi-retired to the guest bedroom, as it’s still too good to let go. Our new purchase has the same, wonderful quality as the original. Consistency is key, and you will never sleep better. There’s no need to explore other brands when the quality and comfort of Leesa does the job. Highly recommend!

We got a plus mattress and find it to be very comfortable in general. The only negative is that the sides are not quite as strong as we had hoped it would be. But overall happy with our purchase.
