Very satisfied

Took a bit to ship as they make every one to order, but once it came it is awesome!

Leesa was more than just great, because when they talk about 120 days to sleep on it, they mean it. I originally had a different model, but it was too soft more my taste, and Leesa stood by their word and exchanged it out for me, without question. Now that's customer service!

We purchased the OG mattress ten years ago and loved it. So when it was time to replace, we came back to our tried and true company. After much research, we ultimately chose Sapira Chill. I give it a 5* rating, it did come with a teeny tiny snag. But it does NOT affect the performance and customer service was amazing to work with and responds almost immediately. This is our 2nd mattress with this company and I'm so thrilled with out great I sleep. I have a bad shoulder and I no longer wake up with soreness from it.

Leesa website and personnel were great. I'm deducting a point for the delivery, which was the fault of FedEx, not Leesa. The FedEx driver pulled up, dumped the mattress on the pavement in front of my steps, and roared off. He dropped the mattress on the sidewalk so hard that it burst the tape holding the box shut. When I tried to lift the box, it came apart and the mattress fell out. Fortunately, the mattress was wrapped in plastic and unharmed. Overall, not a positive experience.

I am a post menopausal woman whose body temperature now runs very high at night. My husband bought a cheap mattress which was not helping my sleep at all, I was getting 20 minutes or less of deep sleep a night. I heard about the mattresses on the Judge John Hodgman show while looking for at options, and finally decided on the hybrid cooling mattress. Staff was completely helpful and my deep sleep increased to almost an hour the first week! And is still that high! Now when I travel I cannot wait to get home to my Leesa mattress.

We love Leesa. This was our second mattress we have gotten from them. Their products are high quality and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Ordering is a breeze and delivery was quick and seamless. We ordered a king size and it was a bit awkward moving the box into the bedroom to unpack. It’s pretty heavy so be prepared to have two people available to move it. Love the old-mattress pick up and donation option! We hated the idea of the old one going to landfill. 🌱

At first I felt the bed was too hard (firm) but when the pillow top was added it was much better. It did take a few days to adjust but once you allow the time, I sleep great now.

As expected & advertised. 80 pound twinxl was heavier for me than I thought but with help we got it up some stairs.

Absolutely love my new bed…the Leesa Original mattress and sweetly sleeping.

Not for stomach sleepers. I wake up in pain/having nightmares about 20 minutes after I fall asleep on my stomach. Comfortable for side sleeping, at least for the first part of the night, but after about 3 am that starts to hurt, too. Too firm for me. I'm 5'4" and ~130lbs.

The process for having the old mattress picked up does not work.

They took back a mattress that wasn't working for us and let us try another with no difficulty at all. The new one works a lot better for us. Thank you!

Ordered 3 mattresses only received 2 but the problem was corrected immediately

I’ve been sleeping on the Saphira plush mattress for a month now and find it extremely comfortable. I was worried plush would be too soft and hard to get out of but it is not at all like that. It is like sleeping on a cloud. Leesa’s customer service was easy to work with and very accommodating. I am perfectly satisfied with my purchase. Note, I am a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his back and side. He is very satisfied with this purchase too.
