Slept great ever since I got it!

We are so extremely happy with our Legend Chill hybrid mattress! It has to be the most comfortably bed we’ve ever slept in. LOVE the top of it too—just feels like we are sleeping on a cloud—soft yet fully supported. I sleep on my back, side, and stomach, and I wake up feeling refreshed in the morning with no aches and pains. The only bad part—it’s hard to get out of bed because it’s so darn comfy. A dream!

I bought the Leesa original when it first came out and was instantly impressed. After about 10 years (it was still in great condition) I switched to a cheaper alternative and was incredibly disappointed. I only lasted about 6 months and after weeks of back pain and stiffness I realized it was the mattress that was the cause. I ordered another Leesa and within 3 nights I was back to feeling great and sleeping much more soundly. I wont make that mistake again, Im a Leesa customer for life.

The customer service was incredible, the lady I spoke with was both informed and patient. I didn't know what to expect from a hybrid mattress, and have been pleasantly surprised since it arrived. It is firm, while also very comfy. I am a convert.

We upgraded to a Leesa after having a Sleep Number for 8 years. We can’t believe the difference in sleep quality! Highly recommend! Fast shipping, and it was an incredibly easy set up.

The delivery process was seamless. Unwrapping the mattress was fun to watch, especially given that it has springs and foam in it! We bought the original hybrid and so far after about a month. We are really enjoying it.

We love our new Leesa Sapira Chill Hybrid mattress. Construction is solid and the bed is perfectly firm and comfortable. It's January in Upstate New York, so the jury is out on how well it chills on hot summer nights, but I'm not worried. Very happy customers. Thanks Leesa!

my experience across the brand as a whole has been nothing but pleasant. The people are super friendly and really helpful, the mattress has been comfortable in the set up process for my whole bed, including the adjustable base was incredibly easy.

We had some issues with the Ryder delivery service, but they quickly corrected their error, and this maybe is more a criticism of Ryder rancher than Leesa. Leesa, for what it’s worth, was easy to work with.

I'm writing this review for a couple of reasons even though I ended up returning my Leesa Sapira Hybrid mattress. First of all, although the mattress was a little too firm to be comfortable for my wife and me, we both thought that it was an excellent mattress in every way. We would recommend it very highly for anyone who likes a mattress on the regular to firm side of things, but we ended up needed something a little softer. Also, I want to praise Leesa's trial and return policy. They could not have been more gracious or easier to work with every step of the way, from my initial purchase, to when I reached out to let them know that the bed wasn't working out for me. I was sort of worried that it would be hard to return the bed, but they were 100% professional, understanding, and just very kind and helpful. If you have any concern that they don't mean it when they say you can return it, don't worry at all. It's a great bed. Probably you will love it. If you don't, they will take care of you well enough that you might feel inspired to write a review, too ;).

Did a ton of research and was unsure about the bed in a box concept but my experience with Leesa has been great. Initially chose the natural hybrid that wasn't quite right for me. The return and exchange/replacement process was seamless and I am now very happy with my Sapira chill. I described my needs and issues with the first mattress and they helped me select medium-firm rather than the plush I thought I needed, which ended up being the right move. I hope it holds up for a long time!

Nothing but compliments for this mattress after several weeks of sleeping on it. My usual hip arthritic pain is mostly gone and I'm sleeping noticeably better and longer. Right now I'm a fan. Hope it wears well and lasts a long time!
