Good kids top bunk matress. Needed a thinner mattress for a top bunk. Fast, easy order and shipping. This seems to do the trick and is comfortable. We'll see about durability and longevity as the kids grow!

As usual, my recent encounter with Leesa customer service was perfect. This company seriously is the best. Sign me a customer for life. Oh, and by the way, the Sapira mattress and the pillows (!) are the best I've ever had, and I've tried pretty much everything. I know this sounds over the top but that's because it's that good.

Order process was very good I needed to provide delivery company a security code to get by the automated security gate near my home I received notification of delivery time BUT was provided no way to get in contact with the delivery company. I received a notification about 45 minutes prior to the delivery. So I needed to hang out at the security gate waiting for the delivery truck. Once the delivery truck arrived I was able to get them by the automated security gate and the rest of the delivery went fine. The mattress is great and I’m happy with it. Great customer service.

I recently bought two queen mattresses for my new home - one a very expensive traditional with box springs and another was the Leesa Sapira Chill Hybrid Mattress - Medium Firm. Originally, I doubted it because of my previous experience with "mailbox mattresses" I can say the Leesa was 1/5th of the price and is a much better mattress. I am going to return the traditional bed and purchase another Leesa. Highly recommend.

Great website, informative, please next time mention the single use coupons earlier in the shipping process. Thought I could at least stack the non-variable coupons :(

Good customer service

We finally pulled the plug and moved up to a king sized bed. The bigger size is nice, especially as we share our bed with one of our dogs. The comfort of our new Leesa hybrid mattress has helped me sleep better. I used to often wake up with a sore back and hips or toss and turn a lot. Now I usually wake up feeling more refreshed with rarely an achy feeling. The mattress is firm, but has a soft upper layer that allows me to sink in, get comfortable, and enjoy a restful sleep. Thanks to our daughter for highly recommending the Leesa mattress.

The delivery company you use is professional and adequate. We did not expect the 3-1/2 week delay in delivery once they received our mattress.

Perhaps overpriced, delivery service troubling, and not as comfortable as rated. . . seem to think that some reviewers overstated their approval
