Customer service is top notch! Thank you

I purchased a Leesa mattress almost 15 years ago, and knew that when I replaced it, I would get a Leesa again. I feel the quality and price are well matched. This time, we bought a mattress with a cooling top, and it has been great! It took a bit to get used to because it felt different from my old one, but I'm glad we went with that option. Ordering from the website was easy, and delivery was quick. The fact that free mattress pick up was an option, and that we can use use a monthly payment plan were really amazing options for us!

Both the wonderful sleep experience and the gold star customer service make me a very happy and easy to recommend Leesa customer. Well done!

GREAT SLEEPING

Pillows came as promised.

Love it

Always easy to work with.

Sleep is not good overall. Feels like there are springs in the bed. IT is too soft, and overall just feel completely exhausted in the morning.

Great mattress and adjustable base!

always good

Easy to order online

Service has been excellent. Still deciding about the bed itself.

Website is clear and made it super easy to compare mattress types. Ordering was simple and arrived quickly. Mattress is perfect combination of firm but cozy. Loving it!

Enjoying our Leesa Sapira Hybrid, it was a big upgrade from a queen IKEA mattress. It’s really the sweet spot between firm and plush. Not a temperpedic but for its category it’s great value. Recommended

Great mattress! Out of the box and onto the frame in no time, and excellent support and comfort.

Very pleased with our new mattress. Ordering was very easy and shipping was just as described.

My husband and I have 6 Leesa mattresses in our home. Some as old as 10 years. We love them, our kiddos love them and we get compliments about the comfort of our beds from any guests!

How many reviews do you require?

I've had this mattress for a few months now, and it's already becoming less firm than I expected. It also arrived with a small scratch, which wasn't a big deal, but it was still disappointing. I was hoping this would be a long-lasting mattress, so it's a little sad to see signs of wear so soon.
