The Queen XF Dunlop Latex Mattress Topper that I recently purchased was a good quality mattress topper. I think there is a significant difference between a latex topper and a memory foam topper. It's that difference that I was looking for. A memory foam topper is nice but there is the feeling of sinking into the foam. For anyone with musculoskeletal issues that can be problematic. You can wake feeling worse than when you went to bed. I tried the Queen Firm Latex Topper and it was an improvement. I did feel more like I was resting on top of the topper with only a slight sinking feeling. However, it was still a little too soft for me. I thought I might do better with the extra firm topper. The difference between the two was minimal. I then knew that with my SI joint dysfunction I was going to have to try something different. So, the latex is more supportive than memory foam; and you do feel like you're lying on top of the mattress topper. You do have a bit of a sinking feeling but not much. I found the latex topper helpful but it was not what I needed. If you need a little additional support and the feeling of resting on top of the mattress topper with very little of that sinking in feeling. The extra firm latex topper may be right for you.

Not the good ole 100% heavy latex mattress I was looking for. Lighter and more rigid like standard foam. I am now wishing I tried the firm talalay, Sounds more like what I was looking for. On a good note, my ams falling asleep disappeared almost entirely and way less hip pain since starting to use the mattress. So not a bad purchase, I wish I had gotten a sample of the dunlop and talalay before I pulled the trigger.

My experience with such a pliable pillow has just been presented to me. A supreme comfort is also found from two queen sized, to lounge in bed, read, prop up a bit. They feel soft but highly supportive and cushion your back and head if propped up with two. Singly they allow for easy movement of head and neck. I chose well when buying these.
