Lovely sleeping on such great pillows. . . .

Incredible customer service! I grew up using 100% latex pillows and it's hard to find them these days, Back when there were brick and mortar BB&B stores, I was able to find them there - sometimes (the new "online" BB&B does not offer the ones they had in stores). In my quest for 100% latex pillows, I found that the ones on amazon are oddly sized, have an awful odor, and just don't seem very quality. I finally found the Latex Mattress Factory online and decided to give them a try. Finally! I found the pillows I miss so much. The "high profile" design of the 7" option matched the ones I used to buy at BB&B stores. I ordered four of them. Be sure to measure your existing pillows (length, width and height) so that they match the new ones you are buying. Just because you have a queen sized bed doesn't mean you need queen sized pillows. I made that mistake and the helpful customer service team at Latex Mattress Factory helped me recover from my error! I'm so happy to have four new 100% latex pillows that are high quality and will last me years!

These are great pillows. We only use latex they can be difficult to find.

Bought the 2” mattress topper for the guest room, so I haven’t slept on it. I do have a 3” topper on our bed and it sleeps fine.

Great customer service and the mattress is amazing! I have lower back issues and am a side sleeper and this mattress has been amazing!

No issues so far! 2 weeks in. If things continue to go well I will be buying more to replace non-latex layers with higher quality latex. Looking forward to it.

I bought two pillows for Christmas presents for my daughter and her husband their request. They love them.

This is a very heavy pillow that does not get smashed flat. It’s not my favorite pillow although the quality is great, I just prefer to sleep on a down pillow which does get smashed flat. The cover is great too.

So far this has been such an incredible mattress. The top layer is perfectly soft so as to not cause pressure points and then the rest of the mattress feels so firm and supportive. This seems like such a great quality mattress, especially for the price. I’m hopeful this mattress will last a long time and I will definitely will be replacing it with the same one when the time comes.

I got two pillows for my daughters and they love them! They are great quality with plenty of filling. They sleep so well and I sleep better knowing they’re not exposed to all of the yucky chemicals.

High-profile talalay pillow is great for side sleeping. It's light and springy and is a great replacement for my 25-yr old talalay pillow from a different company.

So comfy and smells so good but I may just be weird, lol. So nice to sleep on in our guest bedroom that I may need more for our bedroom next time we buy pillows! Love these.
