Good response from the folks and they always helpful. Quality of the mattress is good. Love the firmness. Material is also good. But with all the layers, the bed is very heavy. Need two persons. It is understandable that it is the nature of this bed. Overall love the bed.

Enjoying my pillows a lot. I had to take about 1/4th of the stuffing out to get it right but I don't even notice them anymore so that's perfect. The only issue is make sure you put something down when you fiddle with the stuffing as even very careful I got it all over the place.

Good quality latex and accurate with the ILD rating. Fairly priced for the quality. Shipping was fast and packaged well.

All other pillows are inferior. My worries were the texture of the material pushing through the cover and the smell. Both are actually pleasant. Yes you do feel like there are chunks in your pillow, however the rubber just does everything memory foam was supposed to do. The corners are soft and just provide that extra support that every other pillow looses as soon as you sleep on it a couple of weeks. The smell of the material is actually pleasant. It doesn't hold on to any smells of your hair, durag or bonnet over time. It still smells like it did day 1. The rubber is actually just a superior material honestly.
