10 days ago item was “ready to ship” have not received it or gotten a notice that it shipped.

Loved the look, loved the process, loved the internal features on the toys, I even loved the speed at which it was delivered. My only complaint is that there isn’t a way for me to make a bulk purchase at a massive discount so I can fill my house with these for my dogs

Shopping was slightly delayed due to postal service strikes here in Canada, but I did appreciate the email giving me options on how I'd like to proceed. My biggest gripe and why I don't order more often, is the duty fees I need to pay on arrival. This is the ONLY brand/company that I ever pay duty fees on so surely if everyone else can figure out how to get around them, there must be a solution for you. Otherwise, great packaging, easy to use site and importantly great product that looks cute too.
