I ordered around Thanksgiving and they sent me updates that they had a lot of orders and were working hard to fulfill them quickly and would update when shipped. Shipping and tracking updates were sent. I also love the quality of products and that the products and tags/labels/packaging are natural fibers (cotton, cardboard) and recycled materials. 💚

I love your collection of treat pocket toys for small dogs. Add to that your speedy shipping, and it leaves customers pleased and dogs delighted.
Placed my order on November 19. After receiving no shipping updates, I contacted the company on November 25 to ask about the status. That same day, I was finally sent tracking information. According to the tracking details, the shipping label was created on November 25, but the package was not actually handed over to USPS until December 4. That is a delay of 7 business days just to get the package to the carrier, which is completely unacceptable. When I followed up again on December 5, Tiffany responded by incorrectly stating that my order was placed on November 25 and fulfilled on December 2, claiming everything was “within the proper timeframe” due to Black Friday processing times of 3–7 business days. This is simply false. My order was placed on November 19, well before Thanksgiving and Black Friday. What’s most frustrating is that no apology was offered for the delay. Instead, the response denied any issue altogether while referencing an incorrect order date. If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware that shipping can take an extremely long time and customer service may not take responsibility when problems arise.
I’m very pleased with my purchases! Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would but it is the holiday season. I feel like I was well informed throughout the process.
