They are great to respond how to submit I received the wrong toy, but no one contacted me about being sent the wrong toy in order to send me the correct one nor confirmed they received the submission of the replacement. I understand this is a busy time, but everyone just kept telling me how to submit, not confirm it was submitted.

I absolutely love Lambwolf Co! Their toys are not only beautifully made but also look great around the house — no bright, clashing colours, just pretty, neutral tones that actually fit my space. The best part is that my dog, Mirabella, loves them even more than I do. She gets so excited when the packages arrive that she somehow knows they’re for her! I’ve bought so many at this point we might need a bigger toy bin. We did have a small order mix-up once where two items were missing, but customer service was fantastic. They handled it quickly, sent the missing items, and even included a free toy, which was such a thoughtful touch. Shipping can take a bit of time, but it’s always worth the wait. Highly recommend!

My first experience with Lambwolf Collective was not the smoothest but everything was corrected and I fully intend to buy from this store again. My order supposedly was packed and ready to ship but I never received a tracking number and the order never arrived. It took two emails and almost a week to get a response, which basically assured me that the order had shipped but that a replacement would be sent as well. I don't know what happened to the first shipment, but it certainly never arrived with me. Once the replacement arrived, I was entirely happy with the order. The toys are of high quality with a reasonable warrantee, they were packed really thoughtfully with delightful details that made the order seem special. My dogs love all of the toys that I ordered. I'm looking forward to purchasing from Lambwold Collective again, and I'm sure my dogs are looking forward to it as well.

Loved the look, loved the process, loved the internal features on the toys, I even loved the speed at which it was delivered. My only complaint is that there isn’t a way for me to make a bulk purchase at a massive discount so I can fill my house with these for my dogs
