Very pleased with the quick response time from Esi and Haikal. Haikal is very friendly when we met him and he even took the initiative to come to our place for exchange of item! Overall, very pleasant experience.

I stumbled upon kulture furniture when I was looking for wall decorations for my newly renovated home. I was captured by the fine craftsmanship and design that I saw on their online store. At first glance, I was sceptical on the quality. I do not often shop online because I like to touch, see and feel the product on site before making a purchase. But to my pleasant surprise, the products I picked were absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny I spent. The delivery was prompt and it came packed in well protected coverings. The only disappointment was that there were some products that needed time to arrive as it had to be pre-ordered. Well!! if I have time to wait in the near future, I will be back. Highly recommend for its quality and services. And Esi is such a lovely lady. Just chatting with her online, I felt the love and dedication that she puts into her works (for the products and the customers). Thank you, Esi!!

I have always love each of the masterpiece purchased from Kulture, starting from 4-5years ago when I first purchased my suarwood from Kulture their service has always been one of the reason for me to return to them. Esi would always politely answer to all my queries with regards to the product. Charles even personally delivered item to us back then and both of them are extremely generous with their service. They will go extra miles for their customer. Not forgetting the beautiful, neat and detailed craving I got from all the pieces, the carve man can be seen as passionate in their work from the art piece. If you want to experience the best customer service like how the Balinese people are go to Kulture you'll surely get to experience it. Worth every cents spend.

The Balinese door that we ordered is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and we could not be happier with our purchase. The beautifully hand carved door is exactly what is shown online. My husband and I were not able to go back to Bali again due to the pandemic and our goal was to purchase a Balinese door on our next holiday to Bali. The Kulture store was able to accomplish our goal. Esi, was great answering all my questions and provided excellent costumer service. Again, we are very happy with our beautiful door and will look for other pieces in the future.

The headboard is beautiful and it's a focal point of my bedroom. Looks romantic with white sheets and some candles.
