I have started the contact with the kulture official in Feb this year, the order was completed in May, however the panels were just received yesterday. The delivery is EU, I felt that needs a very long waiting time. However the items arrived well and per order. The time is long but is worth it.

Spedizione velocissima con Dhl, in pochi giorni sono arrivati. Per chi acquista dall'Italia ci sono le spese di sdoganamento più Iva, tutto gestibile online con Dhl. Ma ne valeva la pena! Il sito è molto ben organizzato e con una grafica molto elegante. Consiglio vivamente di acquistare a chi cerca vero artigianato balinese.

Absolutely STUNNING! Charles and Esi were so kind and helpful in making a custom sized order for me based on the measurements I provided for a headboard and two other pieces to match in my main bedroom. Each step of the way, I was kept updated as to the status of my order and it was shipped in an extremely secure and carefully packed box. It took a bit of work to get the pieces to align on the wall during the hanging process but the result is stunning - this is definitely the most incredible addition to my room that I ever could have wished for! Five stars for an amazing product from a seller who truly cares, I would order again in a heartbeat!
