It was ok. Quality of workmanship doesn’t reflect the price. The cabinet was shaky too as one of the rubber foot pad was missing.

Item ordered Aug. Expected Oct. Delayed to Nov. Finally told items arriving, half the order arrived, still missing one piece. Zero communication on where the item is / when is it arriving etc.

Beautiful art work. It is quite light, so I doubt it is real wood. It is a compound material, but beautiful as on the picture.

My product did not look like the one advertised on Etsy. It is missing quite a lot of details. I pointed this out to the sellers and they confirmed that the artists forgot a step. The sellers did not agree to exchange the product free of charge, due to high shipping costs. That said, the sellers are friendly and responsive, and two other (larger) pieces I purchased from them in the past are beautiful.

The peacock is just exquisite. The carving is intricate. This was exactly the piece we had in mind. Like a show stopper! The delivery was very timely and they were very quick to respond on my queries and even helped yo arrange for a handyman to hung the piece. Thank you. The ordered goods were delivered, way too late as anticipated and after many calls, they eventually did not even respond. Even promises on paid installation is not followed up! Many excuses, after you paid, I will not recommend this company. Even the pictured items, compared to what is delivered is NOT the same.

Overall it was a great shopping experience. Price range is not cheap but affordable. Product description was accurate. Product quality was at its best. Delivery was smooth

Bought the most intricate, splendid looking headboard which I’m using as wall decor. Absolutely worth the price! Very good quality and packaging was great!
