Clothes were fine, but the return process takes WAY too long. Don't bank on your refund being received for about a month after shipping your return.

I have a lot of different styles of kuiu. I have never been disappointed with anything. Build quality to performance. I'm a customer for life. I don't look at anything else.

I am pleased with the quality. I had heard that they run a little bit small so I ordered one size bigger than I normally wear to allow for layering. That worked out perfect. I wear a size 30 in jeans, but I ordered size 32 and it was perfect.

Shipping is horrible. Products were lost in the mail. But had to wait for KUIU to re-ship. until they filed a claim. Three weeks later only half of my order was available. The other half was out of stock. KUIU has great products but not very reliable.
