Product quality of kids wear has diminished over time. I don’t mind paying the premium for quality gear, I expect it will last longer and survive as hand me downs to siblings but material weight and features are much less than original lineup. How could a child shell, at 1/4 the size of adult shell cost the same and be thinner?

I can’t say enough about this brand or describe this brand with any words in order to make you understand or realize how good the quality of kuiu is unless you purchase it your self . I have used a lot of good outdoor brands that are good but for past few years kuiu has been my favorite one . Specially if you are camping or hunting in winter and cold weather

Easy exchange process for different size

Recieved everything as ordered in a timely manner. I ordered the wrong size frame and customer service was excellent. Easy to send back for an exchange to get the right size.

Ordered a Gila hoodie at the beginning of the month for a trip I had planned the last week of this month. After 4 days, noticed never got tracking info, reached out to customer service and they said “we’ve been having issues” with orders. They sent it out. 2 day shipping. Got the order. Wrong item. I called back they said they couldn’t send the correct product until I returned the wrong item. Next morning, I did my due diligence and had it shipped. After trying to make sure that I got it in a week (which is more than enough time) for my trip, I still have yet to receive it. I went on the trip. Thanks Kuiu.

The well defined technical product descriptions are what lead me to purchasing from KUIU. I would have loved the opportunity to have a hands on product experience before purchasing but the lack of retail outlets prohibits me from doing that. I took the chance anyway given the free size exchanges and abundance of consumer reviews. My purchase arrived very quick, and was perfect. Shippping never meets the dates given on shipping emails. I returned three items for exchange for a different size and the turnaround is so long I will not have the pants for turkey season. I am a Kuiu member of some club status you offer, so seems this would be better. Terrible shipping and return Service

I love the quality of your gear but your camo patterns are not ideal for the East hardwoods, marsh and fields. I believe if you offer some better camo patterns your Eastern sales will double!
