Order placed on 4/9 and finally showed up 4/18. With this business model, prompt shipping seems paramount. Not a huge deal but the new gear missed the spring turkey hunt. Had to buy local.

Hunting clothing nor any clothing shopping has never been on top of my fun list yet I find myself going through the KUIU catalog constantly. Always new and old great gear to pick from for in or out of the field, good descriptions, and customer service has always been great at answering questions or steering me the right way. Shopping through the site is easy, returns not a pain if a return is needed.

I placed an order on April 9 with all items being in stock. It took nine days to fulfill the order and then it arrived three days later than what the original arrival date was. we used to do better than this

My Kuiu shopping experience would be more satisfying if the shipping process was more efficient. My order was placed the morning of April 13 and as of the afternoon of April 18 I have received no confirmation of shipment.

Did not have my size in many of the jackets I was interested in. Drove 2 hours to San Antonio to get a particular jacket that the customer service rep told me they had in stock. However when I got there they did not have it. I ended up going with another jacket because I had a hunt scheduled but was not what I wanted.

Most items are overpriced! But over all they are good products

My experience over the past few years with Kuiu is amazing. I love every product I own and I own many and 3 colors as I have mine and my son all set up for cold weather hunting. Outstanding products & customer service amazing. You speak to real people and they really care & help. A+

Amazing quality just wish they made 30 length

Amazing quality and comfort by far one of the best hats I have ever purchased not to mention the short, very impressed but that durability flexibility. Definitely recommend the product looking forward to purchasing maybe some of their winner gear so far summer gear and hats big thumbs up
