Ordered a Gila hoodie at the beginning of the month for a trip I had planned the last week of this month. After 4 days, noticed never got tracking info, reached out to customer service and they said “we’ve been having issues” with orders. They sent it out. 2 day shipping. Got the order. Wrong item. I called back they said they couldn’t send the correct product until I returned the wrong item. Next morning, I did my due diligence and had it shipped. After trying to make sure that I got it in a week (which is more than enough time) for my trip, I still have yet to receive it. I went on the trip. Thanks Kuiu.

The well defined technical product descriptions are what lead me to purchasing from KUIU. I would have loved the opportunity to have a hands on product experience before purchasing but the lack of retail outlets prohibits me from doing that. I took the chance anyway given the free size exchanges and abundance of consumer reviews. My purchase arrived very quick, and was perfect. Fit, quality and technical detail met my expectations for the price paid. Thank you.

Shippping never meets the dates given on shipping emails. I returned three items for exchange for a different size and the turnaround is so long I will not have the pants for turkey season. I am a Kuiu member of some club status you offer, so seems this would be better. Terrible shipping and return Service

I love the quality of your gear but your camo patterns are not ideal for the East hardwoods, marsh and fields. I believe if you offer some better camo patterns your Eastern sales will double!

Ive been fortunate to have hunted around the world. Ive never given myself the luxury of high-end gear though. My son gave me a Kuiu gift card for some work I'd done for him. $350!! I was pretty happy with that! When I went to your website, and was prompted to give my email address for an additional 10% off. I did and I was not rewarded with the discount. I then called customer support. The person that took the call told me in a somewhat unfriendly tone that I should have read more carefully and that the item i wanted DID NOT qualify for the discount. Of course it didn't. Then the ridiculous amount i had to pay for shipping. Crazy. Im glad you can produce items that are in such high demand that people dont care what they cost. After my experience with your customer support and the 10% off scheme, you will never get me back as a customer. Darin Geringer

For the price people are paying you would think KUIU would be quicker on getting products processed and in the mail. Obviously you guys can’t control the time frame once its in the mail but you guys can on processing orders.
