I’ve only had positive experiences with Kuiu. My only complaint is the use of the USPS on free shipments. I am in Tennessee and everything gets stuck in Memphis for 3+ days

I've been using Kuiu a long time. I've been through 2 full sets of gear due to losing 75 pounds. I've never had a bad experience. I have had to warranty 2 items in all that time and the support for both instances was top shelf. I will continue to purchase and use Kuiu for the foreseeable future.

I am a major fan of hunting by spot and stalk, but At the age of 70 years young, the days of carrying a back pack stuffed with non-essentials are over. I found and fell in love with my new back pack at Kuiu that is light weight, designed with the hunter in mind and still will hold everything I need for a day hunt. Impressive!!

Loved that Versa jacket I bought back in 2019. Sad you guys discontinued it. Probably spent $2-3K on your gear over the years. Glad your company has grown though your products are getting tailored for the masses now.

So far, my experience with Kuiu has been wonderful. My backpack is exactly as promised and the clothing is great too. I purchased a button down shirt that did not fit due to me choosing the wrong size but they took the shirt back and returned my money with zero issues.
