Awesome customer support, and great product

Ordering is easy, and the parts I’ve received have always been high quality. My main issue is the inconsistency with customer support response times. Sometimes I receive a response right away, other times it takes a few days, and on several occasions I’ve gone weeks without a response. When support does respond, they are always professional, helpful, and positive. The problem is that I frequently have to send multiple follow-up emails just to get an answer to a question or inquiry. Improving consistency and response times would make the overall customer experience significantly better.

Fits great. Needs a little adjustment for the skunk2 oil pan but not much at all. Should help the pressure drop under hard braking

I replaced my old TPS with this unit, and after calibration through the Kpro my throttle response was better, and overall much smoother throughout the range of throttle pedal movement. The Acuity TPS is an excellent replacement.
