Thank you good stuff so far

12 of the 40 garments I ordered were junk.

I am reaching out to express my frustration and disappointment in my most recent purchase from Helpsy. I received a box today with five items that are damaged and not resell-able or even really wearable. You state in the product description for this box the following: "Please note that these items are retired styles from a rental service. Clothing is not damaged but small signs of wear are possible. Boxes may contain duplicate styles. This box may contain a small amount of maternity and or kid’s styles. While we do have a strict condition check, you are purchasing secondhand clothing that has been previously worn/used. A secondhand clothing pack can include any of the following flaws, which we do not refund/replace for: - Small, washable stains - Pilling - Missing buttons - Minor fabric runs - Deodorant marks - Small holes on the seam - Makeup marks, such as on collars - Pulls - Dust marks - Wrinkles - Holes in pockets - Pet hair" I have included photos with notes for each item on how the damage/condition is unacceptable and not clearly outlined in the product description for "Preimim Labels: Boutique Brands Women's Wholesale Clothing", please see below: The black Marina Moscone dress has stitching in the front that is coming undone and will likely not hold up with one wear (your product description states pulls, but this is clearly not wearable and looks as though it is about to come undone. It is right at the center of the dress; if not careful, it will completely fall apart). The red Three Floor jumper is missing a belt (your product description says nothing about items missing pieces of the garment). The yellow Wish dress has several rips in the back (not on a seam). The orange Susan Monaco top has sun damage on the straps (your product description does not mention sun damage or fading fabric). The Louna dress is labeled an XL, but it’s not based on the PTP measurement (your product description says nothing about items being miss-sized). I also...

Fast shipping, great packaging, almost all brand new high quality items for $29 per pair.

This was my first time using Helpsy and I was a little disappointed with the items I received. Some of the items look dated and are going to be difficult to resell. Also, I received a few items that are beyond repair.

Shipping was pretty quick, items were in good condition and there was a good variety.

This box of men’s clothing with not disappoint, although you’ll find some bread and butter brands I still found new to me brands that made me great profit. I will definitely continue to order this box.

I was hoping to get more different sizes , most sizes I got were XS -S maybe 2 items were medium , two large and non XL

I’m pretty much done shopping with Helpsy. You need to do a better job with your inventory. I have had countless experiences of ordering items that turn out to be oversold and are no longer in stock. Except no one ever reaches out to tell me this until I issue a complaint with customer service over my order taking so long to ship. All around poor business practices. Don’t even get me started on the poor quality of inventory I have received. You need to do a better job of disclosing flaws and generally checking over the quality of inventory before sending out orders. All around terrible communication across the board. I’ve put up with a lot from you guys because occasionally I get a gem of an order but at this point the quality merchandise is so few and far between I’m done rolling the dice on what I will receive if I even receive it at all.

Shipping was quick. Content was disappointing.

Helpsy was very responsive to my questions about my first order.

Not great. Too many items with massive flaws and terribly overpriced. First and last box. Lost money on this box. Extremely extremely disappointed.

I think I received a lot of items that will sell very well in the fall and winter. Only a hand full I've been able to list for spring and summer. So far only 2 items that I'm unable to resell and needed to donate. All in all I'm pretty happy with the this box of items.

I reached out to support with no response and I am missing a piece.
