I am waiting to hear how to send in photos of my Order - one dress looks likes it was made by a child ( at the waist it has extra fabric stitched can send in photos , other has what looks like a burn hole it’s black dot but you can feel the roughness it’s small but right at chest and for $13 ea all my items were all XS also no Smalls JCrew pre owned I expected some small and XS but 90% was XS OOP size 24 and small and so old I wouldn’t even pick up at the bins . I ordered awhile back and wanted to give you another try but between my 2 orders I will be lucky to get a profit and that includes all the work to list and store Please be more aware of what you send mix it up so everyone gets all sizes . I got tanks tshirts old JCrew shorts . Skinny jeans ( not in style and size 24) ??? We resellers work hard for what little we get on sites nowadays I submitted a flaw email through your bit waiting on how to send photos

Knew clothes were secondhand when i ordered the box. There were a few that had flaws and others that had no problems. Over all I'm quite happy with my reebok box and will be ordering again here soon. There was a good variety of clothes. Sports bras, legging, shorts, short & long sleeve, hoodies. Shipping was quick.

I received my Vince Camuto box and was pleased with the majority of the box.

Over half the box was worn out or damaged and stunk like mildew. I will never buy another box from you nor will I recommend you to anyone. You all should be ashamed to send stuff like this out. I want a full refund for my last two boxes. Both were trash.

Fast shipping! Box in great condition was pretty excited to open!

This box was not worth it, even with free shipping. About 18 of the pieces were XS, 0, or XXS and not substantial enough to sell. There were 3 little layering half shirts/bralettes that are not worth 4$. There were 2 new with tags items but one had stains on it. That leaves 17 pieces for me to try and sell to recoup my money. I do not expect to make a profit. I would NOT recommend this box and will NEVER purchase this box again.

I love the experience of my first order. Delivered very fast.

People were super nice and place was air conditioned n clean but items were way over priced for used clothing . The fewer higher end items were damaged or and super tiny so hard to re sale . Items were hard to get to in deep boxes that I could not reach . If there items were $2 as previously charged it would have been so much better .too many same unknown brands that are also not easy for resale especially at $10 each . It would be nice to have a mirror available and work space to go thru ur items as well & empty boxes near ones filled so u can take them out and dig deep . Items are very difficult to get to 1/2 way in and no place to put items u removed from the box . The carts were nice but not enough for everyone . Could def improve on these things for sure

We had 12 items out of 40 that came badly stained, and snags in dresses/pants.

I purchased a 40 piece Men’s Secondhand Athletic & Outdoor Box and was extremely disappointed with the quality and items in the box. I threw away 22 of the 40 items as they were so badly damaged that they were unsellable. All items were crammed into a shipping box with no folding or care of any kind. All were very wrinkled and most were visibly dirty (somewhat expected from a secondhand box). Seven of the athletic shorts/pants had extremely dry-rotted elastic waistbands. Several were stained and a couple had minor flaws (which were expected). I received 3 Women’s items in the box and 1 Pajama top. I’ve ordered secondhand boxes from many sites in the past and this was by far the worst. In my opinion it was not as advertised and the flaw rate was much higher than 15%.
