There doesn’t seem to be any quality control and if you are expecting to get folded items, do not need steamed washed or ironed do not purchase this. I am hoping this was a freak incident.

Sure! Here's the translation: It was my first time buying. 90% of my purchases are beautiful and super cute clothes. However, unfortunately, 10% of my order arrived damaged, with holes and tears that I cannot resell. I will have to try and fix them to personal use or throw them away.

The price of one of the items I purchased dropped by almost $50 within a week of purchasing it. Helpsy source would not honor a price adjustment - which is very disappointing.

I purchased this box expecting a couple to be unsellable because it was described as customer returns flawed. To my surprise they were all in like new condition. I would definitely purchase this box again.

This was my first time purchasing a box for my small business. I wanted to give it a try to the box , I did my resource and a lot of people on YT and TikTok were saying that it was a great box. I got the American eagle gently used and it looks like it was a one girl XS/S used clothes. Definitely not able to sell for more than $2 dollar a piece. I’m always trying to see the positive of things was I felt robbed. Hopefully this review help the company and the customer to make better choices.

The shipping was fast. The product was stellar. As usual the service was incredible!!! It is always like the week before Christmas when I know I have a box coming. Wish I had known about helpsy earlier!!!!

Shopping with Helpsy Source is a breeze. Easy to order and quick delivery. However the box purchased left a lot to be desired. While I would purchase from Helpsy again, I would not purchase the same box.

Maybe a handful of the clothes are decent. But I am shocked at the amount of items that had holes, pit stains, broken buttons, big stains, massive wash wear and more on the majority of the clothing. A few of the items were in good condition (5 or 6 items out of 40). And the packaging was horrible. The clothes were just thrown in a box (not folded or in Individual bags like other wholesalers). I've paid less for way better quality. Overall, I was unimpressed and wouldn't purchase from helpsy again.

Jackets had been damaged and then poorly repaired. (Center seam at back) No description of damages was made prior to purchase as this was an IG story sale.

I feel disappointed I was expecting some great steals and honestly almost half of items had bleach stains , excessive pilling that couldn’t be fixed , rips or tears , not worth it when you have to toss that many

I’ve purchased 3 secondhand boxes from Helpsy with different results from each of them. It’s convenient to have ítems delivered when I can’t go shopping myself. I wouldn’t pick as much of the smaller sizes but I intend to try a few more boxes.

As always, my experience with Helpsy is a five star! The staff there goes above and beyond to offer great customer service.

Helpsy is good as far as customer support is concerned but it really is the stuff people cannot sell.
