I have received many shipments from Helpsy, this was by far the worst Not only have prices gone up as well as charging for shipping the quality of this order was awful. Many damaged items, lots of not so great condition. Even the styles were not great. I would not have considered the boxes I received as "Reseller Quality".

My J. Crew box was great and has a variety of classic styles. Some items needed washing and I deemed only one item unsellable.

Items received are all the same shoes. They’re not really fashion forward. Probably will not sell. On-time delivery this time.

Can't wait to start my online boutique and see how this new journey for myself goes.

Fast delivery which is appreciated but the quality of the items has declined from last year

I love everything about Helpsy boxes! Everything I got from them was so good! Maybe 1-2 items with flaws, it’s not always perfect but otherwise, all great brands and stuff. No more free shipping tho but I’m not far from the main warehouse so I always get my items like 2-3 days. My last box of Outdoor Mens/Active was so awesome. Brands are: Carhartt, Rhône, Vouri, Nike and lots more. Perfect!

I’ve purchased a number of boxes and have been happy with all of them. Always a great variety of sizes and very few items that are flawed. Just ordered another!

I was really surprised at the excellent condition of the clothing in both of the second hand boxes I bought. Both Madewell and Everlane strive to be sustainable and for that reason I will repurchase both of these boxes.

A few of the dresses were in bad shape but overall the majority of the dresses were in excellent condition. Like new. Like five still had original tags on them!!! Great deal on this box!

The help I received was wonderful

I bought the Most wanted brands box but was very disappointed because most of the stuff was outdated not brands I was hoping for, mostly black clothing, most XS or 0, and the few pieces I was excited for had a Flaw that was not fixable. I usually discard clothes with holes. I would not buy again. I'll be lucky if I can make half my money back.

Great customer service and love what the concept of bulk buying/sourcing.

Took some time to get a response and when I did there was no resolution.

I was expecting more recent, less worn secondhand clothing. Everything I received is very worn and outdated.
