After a shaky start due to some mistakes on our personal install and an issue syncing the app with our account, we are off and running. In hindsight, there were just a few small things that delayed us but the product is working well now. It is a valuable addition to our equipment which will allow us to better manage our water and save over the long run. Also, the customer service has been excellent. The Deverse family has been responsive since the first day I met them in New Orleans. They are a pleasure to work with.

I have been using the AutoLeveler for my pool. It has been working great until recently. They replaced immediately and at no cost. Great company, great people, great products!

Works great. Easy to install and set up. I have a small leak in my pool somewhere and water needed to be added every week. With the level smart, I don’t need to worry about it any more. It’s been working perfectly. Love it.

My pool water is about 85 degrees from April till September so I get a lot of evaporation. Had to fill it about every 2 days. Other than the initial test I've never seen it work but my pool level has never changed since. Magic. Yes, I'm happy cause it's one less thing to worry about.

Works great on VS pump, you can see how much water you are pumping to figure out how long and at what speed to run your pump. I also used it to limit max flow for 1.5" pipe to about 55gpm witch worked well for vacuuming pool and priming pump, the check valve made for very fast priming at start up.

Works as described. Installed on a 1.5 inch pipe. DIY install for most. It was straight forward and took 40 minutes as I took my time and was methodical being my first install. I will use the FlowVis to monitor my pool filter pressure in addition to the existing gauge but more importanly to record flow as I program my anticipated new variable speed pump to program to run the necessary amount of time. The energy savings from my variable speed pump vs my current single speed will pay for the new pump and FlowVis in an estimated 18 month's here in California where the energy rates are 29cents per kWh.

I usually never write reviews but after working with Ryan, I had to give him the proper acknowledgment he deserves. I first called Ryan to let him know the auto filler my pool builder installed wasn't working. I was able to get him on the phone the first time I called. He was very apologetic and adamant on fixing the issue. He first sent me a video which I watched but didn't fix my problem. In the next couple of days we exchanged messages (which really wasn't a big deal). When we finally connected, he informed me that he'll be in my local area and offered to come by and take a look. How lucky was I that the owner was in town and willing to troubleshoot the problem first hand?! When he visited, he wasn't able to figure out what exactly was going on. However, we both agreed it was likely a bad unit. He didn't have all the equipment with him at the time so he offered to come back in the next couple of days to bring back new equipment and do whatever it takes to get it working. True to his word he got it up and running. It's been about 6 months now and the product is working flawlessly. I want to thank Ryan for his patience and great customer service. It's a testament to a company when you have an owner willing to roll up his sleeves to ensure the customer is happy. I would back this product and company any day of the week.
