The Level Smart Autofill system is the best system to maintain your pool's water level. I have used it in my South Florida pool for many years. And Ryan DeVerse from Kona Labs is always available to assist with any issues; he is the best!

Works well but could use two enhancements. I way to remotely activate/deactivate the system. Use case is if I am out of town and am going to be having maintenance on my pool equipment. This happens fairly often in FL where a lot of people are part timers. Also, if the report would show for each sample, if water was added and how much, that would be helpful, instead of just a daily summary.

I bought this to hopefully end the process of dragging hoses out to the pool multiple times a week. The LevelSmart auto fill so far is doing exactly what I had hoped it would do. I live in north Texas and haven't had the brutal summer heat yet, but based on what I've seen so far, I expect it to come through. Definitely worth the time and expense.

30 year swimming pool builder-always hated auto fill units (glorified toilet bowl floats placed outdoors with dog hair, leaves, grass clippings, etc. -what could possibly go wrong?!) and refused to do them due to the high failure rate I had observed. I moved to a warmer climate where they are pretty much a necessity but still refused to put one on my personal new pool build. Finally got sick of hauling out the hose every other day and new I needed a solution. I knew about Kona Labs so I ordered up a LevelSmart unit. The install was straight forward and easy (I mounted the valve over my pool return line at the equipment) and we are in business! Super happy; great product!

I purchased the LevelSmart Unit in August of last year and it has been working perfectly ever since. I had some questions during the installation and called Ryan directly. He answered all my questions and he even walked me through the set up process. I have not had any issues with the unit since installation it does everything I intended for it to do and more! Highly reccommend this company as well as product. Great people and great products.

Kona Labs has been a pleasure to work with. Their product, the level smart wireless auto fill functions just as advertised and consistently keeps my pool at the proper level without any maintenance! I wish I would have found them sooner as it makes my life so much easier. Also, from my understanding it is a family owned business so the customer service isn’t available 24/7 but that’s totally understandable. With that being said, i’ve always been able to get in touch with Ryan during normal business hours and he has been great helping us whenever it’s needed. Would give Kona Labs 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Thank you and keep doing what you’re doing

Recently installed the LevelSmart Wireless Autofill after finding no other solution that does not require running hose to pool. My pool equipment is 75' from the pool, with skimmer adjacent to stone coping and stone pavers (stone cover for skimmer lid vice plastic). I ended up mounting antenna on top of a 3' piece of 1/4" PVC tubing to keep it away from any metal. Like other online, I housed the pool equipment-side components in weather-resistant electrical housings just to keep rain elements off as much as possible. Installing the components was very simple. . . if you are comfortable doing DIY w/ PCV, installing this inline w/ pool plumbing is simple. Installing the sensor in the pool skimmer was seamless; however, you may want to measure height of your skimmer inlet prior to installation just to make sure there is enough room - especially if it's tiled. Mine is tiled and I only had 1/2" clearance on either side. Syncing sensor took 2 tries - prob because I didn't have magnet in the exact proper location. It has been 2-3 weeks since it has been installed and no issues!! No more dragging hose to fill the pool or worrying about low pool levels when on vacation!

With two separate vacation rental properties in south Florida I had to continuously monitor the water level. Adding water at least once a week. The level smart has worked flawlessly now for over 3 months. Huge time saver.

Hello there, the system is really great and i have sold to my customers about 10 units in last 8 months. But im having an issue now for the first time the sustem came defected and im not getting the warranty as it should be. The valve is malfunctioning and putting water in the pool even though its not suppost to. Already messaged you guys/you told me to reach out to the manufacturer, no response yet and a week went buy. Thats not how things wodking in the pool industry. Items that are decected from the beggining need to be replaced asap. I just sold an 1800$ system and its not working, my cuetomer is supper dissapointed and im about to go and guy the valve separately, get the system working for him and never buying the product again. You guys need to step up your watranty , thisnis unexceptable!
