Have been purchasing Koko Black for some years now and have always been more than pleased with the great service and quality of the goods. When ordering on-line have always had prompt delivery and products have been carefully packaged. Very satisfied customer.

Koko Black is my favourite chocolate for quality and flavour. I purchase the gingerbread bites pretty much every year. Had a bit of hiccup with the delivery of the incorrect product but that was smoothly resolved by the customer service via email and was very quick and great. Delivery was well packaged in nice condition with mini ice pack. Love the box and packaging.

These are gifts for Christmas my son buy it whenever he is in Melbourne and send some to us for a treat.

This is not a problem with the choc. It’s a problem with your delivery & complaints handling. I organised an expensive hamper to a business colleague, asking for it to be left at the business reception. Instead it was left at a public lobby. As it was a gift, the recipient would not have known to collect it & did not collect it until I checked the next day. When customer service was informed, they stated this was a known issue & pointed to a separate FAQ section. Beware. For a premium product, this is a poor ending.
