Lovely chocolate

I love love this chocolate!! Perfect blend of nut and chocolate, not too sweet, perfect Balance :)

My chocolates arrived on time freshly packed in a chilled box

Why did it take 22 days from notice to me that the box was ready for delivery? This is disgraceful service

Koko Black, the best, I'm going to try them all eventually.

Very smooth and delicious

Would love there to be a shop & cafe at Newcastle NSW so I could get more!

Great company to deal with. Thank you :)

Absolutely perfect 👌

Customer service don't answer the phone. Kobo don't contact you when goods aren't delivered and delivery is cancelled. If people can read this and are thinking of buying these products are corporate gifts, I would not recommend it. We never will be again.

Chocolate was great But the delivery was appalling, 2 weeks to deliver and missed the Birthday and an Embarrassment for me, What are you doing about this as it is an expensive Gift!?

Easy purchase. Reasonable delivery time. Delicious products!

Great story, product and packaging and perfect for team building/bonding exercise and rewarding a team of accountants for their efforts…. Because you never know what ya gonna get in a year of tax ! Crown Noble Accountants

Took almost two weeks to arrive and when I called to follow up, no one picked up the phone. Left a message then got a call back 3 hours later where the lady yelled at me twice saying the delay was my fault because I didn't pick a delivery date.

Not sure about the chocolate, but not satisfied with delivery arrangement as I have indicated on delivery note plus a chat with online customer services, delivery to be anytime during office hours ie. Mon-Fri 9qm-5pm, but it was sent on Sunday & item was left outside the door.

Excellent customer service

Amazing

very disappointing

When u make a purchase pls be careful to check the expiry date. Did not realize that the expiry date is quite near. Not a good look to gift to someone.

The service and care I received was outstanding. :)
