The goods arrived in good condition and were well packaged. The chocolate’s flavor isn’t for me, I found it either too sweet or too salty but I’m sure there are plenty of people in Australia who will love it.

Absolutely fabulous

Chocolate is great, but delivery takes way too long.

A wonderful gift for my 90 year old Aunt

I ate it all did not share

Chocolate was delivered well packaged

Exceptional gift for my 90 year old mother

Love the chocolates. The only complaint is that I think the price for how much chocolate you actually get is a bit too high and the only option for postage is expensive $25 refrigerated post, which still takes a week to arrive. There should be a cheaper standard postage option with Australia post. We don’t need refrigerated in the cooler months. Wish there was a store closer to me but the only stores are in the CBD. So people who don’t live in Sydney have to pay the expensive postage.

Slow shipping

Love Koko Black delicious flavour perfect for all palettes beautifully presented and priced for all budgets customer service is engaging and helpful we shop at The Strand store in Pitt Street Mall Sydney Koko Black is ideal for that 3pm pick me up!! Great way to end the day!!

Exquisite, indulgent, and gone far too quickly. Our first Easter with Koko Black was an overwhelming success. Classic chocolate easter eggs, plus the scene-stealing newcomer, Percy the Penguin and extraordinary Raspberry Chocolate bunnies. Nothing lasted very long. Visually, it was all a knockout—The characters were fun, the colours popped, the packaging felt like a gift before you’d even opened it, and the whole experience had that polished, premium feel Koko Black does so well.
