Customer service don't answer the phone. Kobo don't contact you when goods aren't delivered and delivery is cancelled. If people can read this and are thinking of buying these products are corporate gifts, I would not recommend it. We never will be again.

Chocolate was great But the delivery was appalling, 2 weeks to deliver and missed the Birthday and an Embarrassment for me, What are you doing about this as it is an expensive Gift!?
