I am so pleased with Knotty! When something doesn't fit the process to get the right size is so easy with customer service. Shipping is fast and discreet. So happy I finally took the plunge and tried Knotty. Affordable and comfortable.

I have sensory issues and need something super soft and so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. Knotty boxers fit the bill!

Really poor quality and very uncomfortable. Took a while to get to me. I wouldn’t recommend, doesn’t fit well.

Ordered over $100 worth of underwear to receive eight free pairs, they did not apply at checkout and when I reached out for help after not receiving what I expected, they told me to order again to receive the free pairs. In my mind if I order again I’ll have spent over $200 for 8 free pairs when I would have had 16 free pairs. Instructions were that it would be added at checkout and I trusted it would work, it did not and I wasn’t aware until I received the order. Not impressed, and saddened because I like the quality, although sizing is still sometimes too big or too small but overall fits well.

I love these boxers! the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is the sizing incident I encountered. at the time I ordered, there were two different size guides for different pairs of boxers. the same measurements could be two totally different sizes. I followed the measurements on the exact pair I was buying and bought a size L, since my waist measured 29.5in and size L said 29-30in. they were HUGE. meanwhile, another pair's size guide had L as 30-32in. I reached out and was able to get replacements in M and shared screenshots of the sizing inconsistency, but was told to just follow the size guide specific to each pair, which is pretty confusing as a shopper, AND it still said L was 29-30in, while the L was huge on me. now it seems most have been updated to a size guide with L being 34-36in. don't get me wrong, I love the undies and the M fits perfectly, but the sizing inconsistency made the buying process very confusing.

I love these boxers so much! I was super hesitant to try them as a 28/30 plus size girly, but I got the 5x and I literally cannot stop buying pairs! The patterns and colors are endless and the comfort is second to none. And the BF loves them too so win-win ;)
